Excellent business systems integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, wire diagram view, great support, dedicated technical expert and customer success manager. I like that we can build all our integrations on a single standard platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was a little more than I originally wanted. We now use it to integrate all our major business systems so the ROI is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to connect ADP, Aspire (our CRM system), NetSuite ERP financials, and SQL Enterprise database. We are working to increase its use in business reporting metrics through moving data from GoCanvas to SQL where we can create reporting with Power BI.
Amazing API Product
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit was extremely helpful in bridging the gap between two of my company's most critical business systems. Without having much knowledge on how to code, the Jitterbit system as well as their excellent resource guides and employees made reaching our end goal achievable and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints on our end! Everything about Jitterbit has been excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal is to reduce the number of manual processes within our company. Using Jitterbit, we have reduced hours spent on specific projects allowing those resources to be allocated to other divisions within the company.

The software is complicated but has a depth of functionality.

We integrated two software platforms and seamlessly were able to reduce hours working at manual tasks.

GUI can be made better and segerating documents.

Vinyl is highly flexible and customizable making it the perfect solution to integrate into our unique global business. Through the Vinyl platform, our team members can architect and deploy turn-key applications that enable them to work more productively and spend time on value-added tasks.

We are a happy customer at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vinyl has helped our organization solve problems across Accounts Receivable, Internal Controls, Sales, and Financial Reporting. A huge benefit of the Vinyl platform is it aggregates data and information from multiple solutions and shapes it into a format that is easy to digest and use by the end consumer. In addition, our organization has become less reliant on managing our business through MS Excel spreadsheets which in return has enabled our employees to work more efficiently as the applications are tailored to their day-to-day operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vinyl is great for users who are looking to streamline their operations and spend more time on value-added tasks.

More than dislikes, these are my suggestions.
Not so excellent Front end multi-experience support.
Need to support AR and VR.
Hyper automatation support is not there.
Advanced UI features like Maps support.
Mobile Application development can be improvised.
Testing automation and test case management can be integrated.
Application development management like Microsoft Project, Agile or Jira can be supported ads par tof application workbench.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is a extremely solid performing tool that gets the job well to manage CPQ and Billing transactional data between our CRM and ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike; the user interface is very robust and gets the job done really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETL of transactional data between CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite).
Excellent customer support and solid product
What do you like best about the product?
It was able to meet our complex integration needs, including creating multiple objects in Salesforce from one CSV file and using our native duplicate rules to eliminate duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some confusion with new staff figuring out how to use the new tool, but Jitterbit staff has been very helpful for onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Program staff had to perform double data entry into two seperate database several times a day. With this integration, staff will now only have to enter data into one database.
A user friendly tool to bring business to next level

What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping fields in the transformation step: missing "Search field" functionality. Also a lot of clicks when try to map field from source to target, a lot clicks to be done if large amount fields are to be mapped. Sometimes "Clicks" on a field doesn't work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfer data between systems. Opened a whole new horizon of data available for the business.
Great tool kit, lots of reusable APIs, top-notch Account Success Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
My engineers / architects very much like the tool, APIs, and ease of use. As a Director of the team, while those factors are important, I think our Account Success Manager is the clear differentiator of why I would recommend Jitterbit to a colleague or friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that like a number of vendors who have EAI, ETL, iPaaS tools, I am not sure that the knowledge on integration strategies with SAP in light of SAP Indirect Use license restrictions was always reliable.
