What do you like best about the product?
The transformation engine is easy to use, with its drag-and-drop interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are an inconvenience over a benefit. While a traditional integration would take less than 10 minutes to authenticate and send data to, jitterbit doubles this time, as every call requires a new operation, which requires a script to call them. There are intracacies that do not make much sense to a developer. Most things that are done easily in a small application take multiple workarounds with Jitterbit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The API management gateway is easy enough to use.

What do you like best about the product?
OOB integrations are a big plus working with Jitterbit. They have made it easier to integrate multiple systems through one tool. Overall the development process is quick and clean and effective. The ease of entry is also great and a programming background is not required to be able to start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more supporting documentation and more support for edge case issues. I would have liked more help trying to resolve issues. I feel that Jitterbit has a lot of features that are paid extra's that I would have considered a core part of the product that should have been included in the original price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit is solving the problem we have creating custom salesforce integrations with every website we create. Instead we can use Jitterbit to save time building these integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization that you're given is leagues ahead of what most Data Transformation Tools give you. As well as a lot of big player integrations and the ability to copy items from different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
To access more advanced workflows and items you tend to need to learn some of Jitterbit syntax sugar, which increases the learning curve. Also having to create you're own logs for proper readability is a little tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and syncing data between multiple in-house services. We mainly use it to copy data between servers so different applications have access to the information.

What do you like best about the product?
the jitterbit middleware application allows us to stitch together multiple legacy systems. it has been enhanced to allow for low/no code functionality which helps our team do these setups more quickly. the service provided by jitterbit is also quite helpful and we appreciate the sales/service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
paying per connector gets expensive and limits our ability to use the toolset in a more broad sense in the overall enterprise. it would be great to see further enhancements in the low/no code GUI and similar functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without jitterbit we would likely be unable to stitch together multiple legacy systems. it helps us solve the problem of toolset maturity, integration and utilization.

Fast low code way to create integrations and apis

Some quirks, sometimes connectors are not fully up to date with the latest api schema's

Automating tasks and integrating systems
Great company to partner with to create an end to end integration; Not ideal for programmers.
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit has been integral in creating very complex integrations between our SIS and LMS systems. The system performance has been decent in moving lots of transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a low code solution is ideal for smaller projects, creating complex integrations in Jitterbit can be very frustrating to work around the many minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several cloud-based solutions, including Salesforce, need to transfer data to and from our SIS. Jitterbit was chosen to provide that critical link between on-premise systems and cloud-based applications. After everything has been developed, the integrations are stable and perform well. However, certain upgrades have created issues requiring extensive troubleshooting to track down what changed.

They were a little difficult to contact, but overall very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is creating API from the Jitterbit operation. Mapping is very easy to drag and drop. MYSQL, SAP and Salesforce or any other system are easily integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't dislike anything about Jitterbit. In terms of operation, it runs smoothly. However, sometimes debugging is hard.

We have to integrate MySQl server with Salesforce using Jitterbit. We are creating API to get the data from the MySQL server.

What do you like best about the product?
During the consideration phase, the Jitterbit sales team supported us with a thorough scoping of the project. Not only focusing on selling a software, but truly finding a solution to our problem. After the purchase, everything went very smoothly, with the integration being implemented exactly as intended.
I also really appreciated their execution support on building the solution we needed in the Harmony Platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have just implemented the solution and all has been running well, so nothing to mention here at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jitterbit to enrich Salesforce Pardot with Google Analytics data. The goal is to optimize demanda generation tracking and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The middleware works OK when running. Min scheduled time of 15min which is OK but could be better. It does the job when working

I wish they would offer better support to clients outside USA and CA timezones
