It is easy to learn and quick to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Quick ramp up time. It took me two weeks to get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The script editor. It automatically saves. This should be configurable. Sometimes I don't want to save until I am done with the changes. This would facilitate a multi user development too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect our platform (PaymentWorks) with the ERP of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit automated our legacy SIS with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project timelines were a bit drawn out. We were late to production due to to the project overrruns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit allowed us to automatically exchange data between Saleforce and our legacy Student Information System.
Great No Code/Low Code Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very flexible and easy to use platform. It has the ability to scale with our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Vinyl. It is perfect for our business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Vinyl for our platform backoffice and integration layer. It provides all the features that we need to power our SaaS platform.
Vinyl has helped track trends to provide insights into the key metrics of our business.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for automation that has assisted our business. It has a number of uses that allow it be the source for multiple reports and data sets, creating a more accessible tool with many functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations to customizability, such as charts and email functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets our business to track live economics based on API connected data, allowing us to make decisions and understand how the business is operating in a given period. It also stores thousands of datapoints for easy access.
Jitterbit is one of the best partners we have.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the people we deal with at Jitterbit are complete professionals and are 100% focused on making sure we have the best solution for our needs. They not only strive to understand our processes and challenges but bring a strong solution history to the table to allow us to learn from their previous successes instead of building everything from the ground up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Jitterbit is their lack of a GovCloud solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of multiple systems, starting with Salesforce and moving through our ITSM and ERP platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge of SQL quickly translates to the ability to develop applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low-code/No-code doesn't mean NO code. Still need a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Report data from multiple external systems in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Connectors and predefined templates available to start project quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugging functionality is not very great. Have to write system.log (similar function) to check the logs each time.

The connectivity solution across multiple platforms is useful in Jitterbit.

It allows my business to customize a platform for all users across our enterprise. The look and feel is also very appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been great thus far and we are 4 years in!

Having a central location for all users to access our customer data.

It enables us to avoid Sage customization by creating processes outside of Sage
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not automatically update the information from Sage, it needs 24 hours to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to create processes for accounting and logistics outside of Sage which makes some customer billing possible, otherwise it would have been almost impossible to handle.
Great, Flexible Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in creating attractive and intiuative dashboards, custom reports, and corporate applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat difficult to create new features, despite no-code / low-code intent. Support development is frequently required for siginficant improvements / new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom applications, KPI platform, data warehouse. Vinyl has become the internal "source-of-truth" at our company and has become a trusted resource for teammembers in all departments.
