Great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The process of writing back and forth is easy. They have a very adept customer support team, and are fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get diluted on their old system, so it can be clunky running on a device. It's also rather confusing without their support. They also requrie a few number of product updates each year. Without their help on those it can start to get tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is connecting our CRM to our billing software, That would be Salesforce to Great Plaines

Invaluable ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is very flexible and allowed us to successfully migrate millions of records in a proprietary format into Salesforce. We were able to use it to not just extract and load the data but also transform the data on the fly. Jitterbit's support team was responsive and worked with us when we encountered issues, which while uncommon had a tendency to be complex. We could not have succeeded with our project without Jitterbit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chief downsides are that it is a complex tool to learn, and there are some idiosyncracies in the UI that we sometimes tripped over. Other than that, though, no major downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Jitterbit to migrate data from a proprietary system into Salesforce. Now we are using Jitterbit to extract data from Salesforce, manipulate it, and load it into external databases for use with other systems

It is stable and reliable for even the most complex integrations

There is a learning curve and you need some tech-savvy, but their team make it easier for you

What do you like best about the product?
We do integration manually for a long time, we use ms excel, notepad and etch. until we discover this integration tool by our colleague! we are amazed by the capabilities of this tool. it made our work easy in terms of intefration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a recommendation, Jitterbit should find a way to optimize or recycle the existing process.

It simplifies our integration process.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit has a good intellisense that guides the development
What do you dislike about the product?
In Cloud Studio, records transfered counts in the Logging that was working somehow started returning zero when 5000 were transferred from MongoDb to SQL. I could not find a clear way to get record counts working in the logging.

It is complex and the learning curve is high compared to other middleware

They have made a switch to a cloud platform 3 years ago and not updated the documentation sufficiently. Most documentation describes the old platform and does not translate over well making development take longder.

highily skilled integration dev = kapilla, product seems to be what we are needing but so far the implementation team has been lacking.

It is really to map the source field with the destiny field, making integration a brease

The relatively clean interface and range of integrations.

Some things don't work as expected and we need to venture outside of the docs to get answers.

Data migrations and transformations for platform and software replacements and migrations. Ability to provide migration to non-developer staff to enact.

To get the best from the platform, don't expect to do zero code (scripting makes everything much more powerful and flexible).
Easy to use cloud platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Salesforce connectors to leverage salesforce data, this has made it super easy to transform and map data to anywhere I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I learned Jitterbit from scratch with some JavaScript knowledge but most documentation was for the desktop app and not the cloud. Although I was able to make sense of it eventually it took me longer than expected to transulate the information to apply it to the Cloud platform.

I am integrating two platforms to send data.
