What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to avoid Sage customization by creating processes outside of Sage
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not automatically update the information from Sage, it needs 24 hours to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to create processes for accounting and logistics outside of Sage which makes some customer billing possible, otherwise it would have been almost impossible to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in creating attractive and intiuative dashboards, custom reports, and corporate applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat difficult to create new features, despite no-code / low-code intent. Support development is frequently required for siginficant improvements / new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom applications, KPI platform, data warehouse. Vinyl has become the internal "source-of-truth" at our company and has become a trusted resource for teammembers in all departments.

Support page is a little cluttered. But still usable.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the enterprise version for a update from an external system and it works great! I use the cloud data loader all the time - very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise version is not as intuitive - we've needed developer help. But it's also a very complicated case.

What do you like best about the product?
Can quickly bring integrations live with less effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more detailed logging as sometimes log messages are vague and generic. Some errors are difficult to troubleshoot.

Data integrations between multiple systems with quick turn around. Automated jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud agent is a big release as well as the Jitterbit app builder. It allows non-technical users to be impactful on development features and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not on product but more on customer support. Stop assuming all customers will just learn from your product update emails. Launch more webinars, better UX/UI demo environments, and focus on gaining deeper relationships with current customers.

My experience with Jitterbit

What do you like best about the product?
I liked Jitterbit's logging ability quite well. Its field-mapping feature is also pretty versatile when syncing two systems. It also has a great array of available applications to sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Jitterbit to be temperamental. Its error messages can sometimes be very unclear, and backend errors would sometimes occur when working with many operations that are created and deleted and renamed, etc. There were several very frustrating times when the only I could deal with a bug I couldn't translate was to delete all the operations in a project and recreate them. And things would then work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jitterbit to sync data between our MS SQL database and our Salesforce orgs. Jitterbit helped us to organize the data in our SF org, and to easily promulgate relevant data from our database up until we transfer to SF fully.
