What do you like best about the product?
The aspect we appreciate the most about Jitterbit is its extensive capability for seamless integration. Jitterbit effectively bridges the gap between disparate systems, offering a unified and coherent perspective to our data. This powerful tool not only improves our operational efficiency but also significantly enhances the accuracy and consistency of our information flow. Moreover, we are particularly pleased with its intuitive, user-friendly interface which requires minimal technical expertise to operate, and its robust functionality that caters to both straightforward and complex integration needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our primary critique of Jitterbit pertains to its minimal requirements. As a growing company, we value flexibility and the capacity to scale our operations. We have found that Jitterbit's relatively rigid minimum requirements can be restrictive, particularly for smaller operations or those in rapid growth phases. Additionally, we believe there is room for more aggressive and competitive contracts that would make the tool more accessible for a diverse range of businesses. Implementing a more flexible contract structure and eliminating high minimum requirements would significantly improve the overall appeal of Jitterbit, particularly for emerging companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit has been instrumental in solving critical business challenges related to integration and data communication. As a company, our main business operations revolve around interfacing with native customer platforms. The nature of our service necessitates a seamless and continuous flow of requests and responses to ensure an optimal customer experience. Prior to Jitterbit, managing these interactions across different platforms was complex and time-consuming. With Jitterbit's robust integration capabilities, we have managed to harmonize this process. The tool allows us to communicate with multiple customer platforms in real-time, ensuring that service requests and our responses are transmitted swiftly and accurately. This has not only improved our service delivery and response times but has also enhanced the overall customer experience. As a result, we have seen increased customer satisfaction and efficiency in our operations. My experience with Jitterbit
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Jitterbit's logging ability quite well. Its field-mapping feature is also pretty versatile when syncing two systems. It also has a great array of available applications to sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Jitterbit to be temperamental. Its error messages can sometimes be very unclear, and backend errors would sometimes occur when working with many operations that are created and deleted and renamed, etc. There were several very frustrating times when the only I could deal with a bug I couldn't translate was to delete all the operations in a project and recreate them. And things would then work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jitterbit to sync data between our MS SQL database and our Salesforce orgs. Jitterbit helped us to organize the data in our SF org, and to easily promulgate relevant data from our database up until we transfer to SF fully.

I was not able to find any dislikes about Jitterbit.

Review of good collaboration with Jitterbit
What do you like best about the product?
Jitterbit is a good solution that helped us with flexible integration with SFTP. Our solution was a bit complicated but I liked how the support team engaged to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Jitterbit was a bit complicated and took a lot of time. Some of the use cases were not covered in the materials and required communication with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit helps to manage API sync between Salesforce and SFTP. It also brought big value with data transformation on the fly.
The most intuitive iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity - easy and intuitive. But it can also handle complex tasks using Jitterbit script. This is very helpful when integrating different databases to load data. It is easy to learn even by IT novice wihtout any programming background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to handle Client Certificate. Some client can only communicate through client certificate and Jitterbit can not parse certificate attributes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entreprise-wide data integrations. The data flow from backend systems (databases, APIs, files, etc.) to other backend systems or to cloud (Azure, AWS, Salesforce, etc.) can be implemented in very short time. When the integration project is implemented and deployed on production, the integration never failed. It takes very short time to move data around, when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Uses its own proprietary scripting language. Can become unwieldy if you have a complicated integration. Didn't find a good way to store source code and promote through CI/CD pipelines

Get data from our ERP system into Salesforce for Customer Service to be able to access

What do you like best about the product?
The transformation engine is easy to use, with its drag-and-drop interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are an inconvenience over a benefit. While a traditional integration would take less than 10 minutes to authenticate and send data to, jitterbit doubles this time, as every call requires a new operation, which requires a script to call them. There are intracacies that do not make much sense to a developer. Most things that are done easily in a small application take multiple workarounds with Jitterbit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The API management gateway is easy enough to use.
Solid Middleware Platform for B2B and B2C Webapplications
What do you like best about the product?
OOB integrations are a big plus working with Jitterbit. They have made it easier to integrate multiple systems through one tool. Overall the development process is quick and clean and effective. The ease of entry is also great and a programming background is not required to be able to start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more supporting documentation and more support for edge case issues. I would have liked more help trying to resolve issues. I feel that Jitterbit has a lot of features that are paid extra's that I would have considered a core part of the product that should have been included in the original price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit is solving the problem we have creating custom salesforce integrations with every website we create. Instead we can use Jitterbit to save time building these integrations
