Automation making life easy

What do you like best about the product?
While working from home it's really easy to monitor the que and act as per requirement, It also helps me to be on top of my roster and any realtime changes made to it as per requirements. Instead of going through chats I can just check all of my scheduling at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still does not allow you to apply for leaves and update timesheet yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It updates the roster for schedule for you and sends an email if someone had updated it for you. You can just see time put in for other activities and even track your adherence to schedule every day real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I'll be using Playvox everyday. I love how everything is broken down into sections and it's easy to see and find what I need! It's easy to submit time off and to veiw the scheduel. The color code is is also easy to follow for the scheduel I have. If I don't know something I can just click on the help icon for assistance. There's a search box and I can browse by product area if I need to. The preferences are also easy to change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Playvox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playvox is easier to see the scheduel and submit the approperiate time off I need.

Easy to keep track of my metrics

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing my schedule for the week ahead laid out so I can plan my tasks accordingly. There are so many features to help me keep track of my individual metrics, it makes metrics easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, everything is super user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see who is available on my team, and who will be out giving me a better idea of the work load for the day, and week.

It's easy to use. Love the realtime updates. One of the easier systems I have used

Nothing. I can navigate without any issues.

Syncing schedules, adherence. Makes it easy to see who is here, what my adherence to scheduling is and if I need to update anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Playvox is the only place which is very exiciting and shows rewards and recognition. Playvox also helps us to stay connected with my colleagues through chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously we were able to check our production metrics. Now a days we can't able to see our production scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create my team group and share technical glitch screenshot and any other anouncements in the group.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a background in IEX and transitioning to Playvox, Im finding that im loving the tool so far. Ease of use, Ease of setup, automations the whole shabang! Please keep new updates and features coming!

Havent ran into anything that i dislike yet so lets keep it coming

What do you like best about the product?
The speed with which they resolve issues and evaluations of CS agents, as well as they are very clear with the usage
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a section in the Playvox store that exchanges karma points for days off, but it has not been used yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, nothing to mention other that the unused store of karma points
