It is easy to book my annual leave with a great tracking system of working schedule

None I can think of but will be great to have an app system

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it is to navigate and very easy to understand. The number of features is incredible as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I couldn't find anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows my schedule daily and changes when the company makes changes in real-time. It's benefiting me because it has it all on one screen for easy access.

Easy to use and helps in tracking your schedules and ensures adherence is in check.

It seems to be doing the job so none as of now.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing that I like about Playvox is the simple access to the functions and features that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I have experienced with Playvox is sometimes it can go down and not give me access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Playvox solves is my ability to access my schedule simplier. Which benefits in keeping me on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Playvox is a great tool to get and provide feedback, additionally to have control of your schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that per block you get a good rating or a bad rating, there is no middle score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playvox has everything on the same place, you can check your schedule and also the feedback you are receiving depending on the evaluation times. Is easy to use and to keep connections.

adherence being noted for less than 5 mins

Playvox keeps track of the the time , inbound calls, outbound calls, chat and helps keep to maintain my AHT according to the company standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to navigate and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For scheduling, if there was a way to minimize the schedule so that you don't have to have the entire application open and taking up space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times I have to refresh and close out the application multiple times to view call evaluations. It would also be helpful if the application would provide a notification if/when the schedule has been updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of clocking in and out for shifts, submitting time off requests, as well as the active time counter to let you know how long you've been in each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs with linking to other systems such as Talkdesk. Doesn't always communicate shift changes and sometimes has to be manually entered/adjusted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to keep track of my time in each task every day and helps me to stay on track. Love the reminder system 5 minutes before a break! I would miss many breaks if it weren't for this.
