What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact I can get information handly, all explain and easy access.

overall is good, The information is there, easy to find. Maybe the overview page should not be the activty page... but something more attractive

Playvox Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Playvox shows me my scheduled time, leave requests, and my full scheduled dates for up to two weeks

Nothing. Playvox is very easy to manage and toggle through. Its pretty self explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep perfect scheduling of my breaks and lunches.

Accurate scheduling
I love to use playvox since it provides a detailed schedule on what you should do within your shift

Detailed schedule and provides more future references on the allotted work schedule that your manager provides. And is very easy to use ad very convenient.

None. I love playvox and is a very easy tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In scheduling. It allows us to know what we should do on that particular time and also provides us more information about our future schedules.
The Best System
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we use one system to view our daily schedule, receive updates, request any leaves, opt in for overtime, and have access to our schedule for weeks ahead. It prevents me from being overwhelmed and we're able to avoid having to trying to keep up with multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues. It is very easy to use daily and it helpes you keep up with your schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PlayVo allows me to not be able to say " I didn't know my schedule, see that, or wasn't aware a change has been made."
Playvox is easy to navigate.

Being able to view my schedule daily and keeping track of my adherence throughout work shift.

There's nothing I don't like about playvox.

Poor quality WFM system.
What do you like best about the product?
Playvox had a decent interface when it came to seeing other team members' schedules, and the colour coordination of different shifts was useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Playvox was incredibly clunky and had a particularly poor user interface outside of shift checking. It took forever to be implemented and despite having to use it every day, the team found it incredibly difficult to use. Having to manually input when changing channels meant that time was wasted and our 'adherance' stat was always completely useless. Shift swapping was virtually impossible and the way of booking holiday was unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capacity issues with the team and making sure people are on the right channel at the right time. We used it to schedule in shifts for our team and to manage time off and holidays.
