New to Playvox and loving it
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a background in IEX and transitioning to Playvox, Im finding that im loving the tool so far. Ease of use, Ease of setup, automations the whole shabang! Please keep new updates and features coming!

Havent ran into anything that i dislike yet so lets keep it coming

Working perfectly for our smaller contact center. Integrations with Salesforce and Dialpad

Optimal productivity for the work enviroment
What do you like best about the product?
The speed with which they resolve issues and evaluations of CS agents, as well as they are very clear with the usage
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a section in the Playvox store that exchanges karma points for days off, but it has not been used yet

So far, nothing to mention other that the unused store of karma points
It serves what it sells!

It has a great user interface, the day to day updates and in-depth analysis with ease of access and great privacy integration.

As much as the user interface is great, it could also be less confusing...

I have all the information I need in only one place. Everything is readable and is always working.

It is always working, and I can have a visual of my metrics at all time.

The problem of not having a accurate visual of shifts and metrics info. Playvox is solving that issue in my end.
My experience with Playvox WFM has been seemless and reliable.

Its easy to track my hours and vacation time.

I really cant think of anything I dislike about Playvox WFM.

Playvox WFM makes it easy for me to track available time for PTO.

easy to navigate and use. Makes checking holidays etc a beteeze

Playbox has been really useful to be aware of my responsibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The best of Playbox for me is that I get reported if my requestes were approved, like vacation time, VTOs, among some other's, so that gives me a relief that will not have any problems with my paycheck because everything has been reported properly.
Also the tool is really simple and easy to use, very intuitive. The implementation of important information can be interpretated properly. I have to use it on my daily basis to keep track of my work and if something is wrong, the support team will fix it and the information will be integrated and reflected on my end.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like, is that, at least from my end, if I want to review all my schedules on the overview page, I have to scrolldown all the way if I want to see my schedule for next few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When migrating to other systems, salesforce is reporting the same auxiliaries regardless the system I'm using to keep track of my metrics, adherence, aht, etc.
