A great tool to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about playvox is the accessablitly. Its very easy to use and follow along. They make very east to navigate to where I need to get to. I use it on a daily basis and checking it multiple time throughout my day. Playvox helps keep me organized with my scheduling and helps me make any adjustments I need through out day with meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side to playvox is sometimes is wont be updated, so it presents a bit of inaccuracy to my schdeule, which makes is a bit hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The updating issue with schedeuling, it has gotten much better after a few updates and tweaks.

Wonderful. The technology implemented allows me to always be on time and in adherence

The specific integrations it has on slack as well as the amazing interface and extensions.

So far nothing has been negative enough in my experience that I dislike it.

It's ability to provide me with on time notifications allows me to be always in the most % of adherence.

We could have the PV interface to make it more dynamic and allow the Dark mode.

Love this new and great platform, really easy to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
Is really easy to use, you can see your schedule, your activities for the day, request Vacations/Sick /LOW time.I also love that it allows you to see who will be out during the week, as it allows you to prepare for your work shift. And if your schedule change for some reason, It will let you know by email so you are aware of the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have no issues or bad comments about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any issues yet, but the times I have sent a request to leave, I get notifications of updates fairly quickly.
Quick and easy to use!

This is a great way to communicate with management and my team about upcoming out-of-office plans, see who's away for the day, and view my daily and average metric goals.

I do not have any dislikes to mention at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Playvox is very helpful to me and I'm using it everyday for work. This is where I can see my schedules and some metrics as well for the adherance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I think that there's no option anymore to make a swap request directly on the playvox

Playvox is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, beginner friendly since you don't need a lot of process to request for a swap or to view your schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there is no downside on using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us go view our schedule and roster easily without waiting for our support to post it. Also, it can track our real time occupancy.
A great tool for tracking your day!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy receiving reminders when a break or lunch is about to start. Having a little heads up is helpful. Another great feature would be the how the schedule is broken down through the day as I can plan everything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that comes to mind other than sometimes the reminders for a shift change do not pop up.

It helps with schedule conflict and making sure I am meeting expectations during shift hours.
