You're built in secretary
What do you like best about the product?
PlayVox has been working for me like a digital secretary! I know where I need to be, what I need to be doing, and what at what time. I love that I can see a detailed schedule with a week in advance!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see PlayVox use a 12-hour clock rather than a 24-hour clock for continuity purposes with other technologies. It is on the rare side that a person uses a 24-hour clock, so seeing your schedule on a 24-hour timeline versus everything else that's on a 12-hour clock is a little too much math for in-the-moment fast planning/adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PlayVox is helping flex agents in and out of different contact channels based on the volume of the channel, this is greatly helping queue management.

Very helpful and easy to navigate

I'm able to view my schedules and performances.

When sometimes it took longer to load that what should be.

Using Playvox I'm able to see my upcoming schedules and running performances.

I loved how easy it is to navigate and very easy to understand. The number of features is incredible as well.

At this moment I couldn't find anything that I dislike about it.

It shows my schedule daily and changes when the company makes changes in real-time. It's benefiting me because it has it all on one screen for easy access.

Easy to use and helps in tracking your schedules and ensures adherence is in check.

It seems to be doing the job so none as of now.

It helps us follow a schedule that avoids any disruptions in service and avoids conflicts within teams as well.

Only downside I have experienced with Playvox is sometimes it can go down and not give me access.

The problems that Playvox solves is my ability to access my schedule simplier. Which benefits in keeping me on time.

Playvox is a great tool to get and provide feedback, additionally to have control of your schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that per block you get a good rating or a bad rating, there is no middle score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playvox has everything on the same place, you can check your schedule and also the feedback you are receiving depending on the evaluation times. Is easy to use and to keep connections.

adherence being noted for less than 5 mins

Playvox keeps track of the the time , inbound calls, outbound calls, chat and helps keep to maintain my AHT according to the company standards.
It has been awesome.

I love that it helps me remain on top of my Job and never miss my shifts especially the extension.

I do not dislike anything as it is so easy to use and i love it
