What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is short and sweet. The content is easily accessible, and the readability is straightforward. Overall, it is very easy to follow and a helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can fall behind on my breaks because I have no notification of when the next time slots are coming. Therefore, I always have to monitor the tab in which my schedule is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems with the program so far. If I have issues, it is easy to fix them. Overall, I think the most significant benefit is watching my schedule at my convenience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it!

A Base de Conhecimento; Karma Store, que é uma ferramenta muito interessante para recompensas baseado em rendimentos no trabalho; A aba de Qualidade também é muito importante para nós e faço muito uso.

Por vezes a plataforma apresenta instabilidade, trava muito em algumas partes como na de gestão da Qualidade e review de nossas monitorias.

Tiro muitas, muitas dúvidas pela Playvox. É uma ferramenta fundamental para efetuar atendimentos com qualidade e rapidez.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to incorporate metrics from all channels within Zendesk. Reporting capabilities are very good
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see some improvement in the forecasting modules including intraday predictive planning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agyle Time has allowed us to create global schedules for all of our locations, improving our overall schedule fit. Agyle Time has helped us create agent score cards. We are currently working with them on improvements in the schedule Optimization area and the forecasting module.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is tracking real time activity of the agents. We will be getting an clear picture of real time activity of an agent where we can track their real time activity like, productivity hours break ,occupancy, Adherence etc.. which is really amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
When we click on any of the parameters on this tool it will take some time to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent productivity hours. Which will help us for billing purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is wonderful, while the core product is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some intricacies that could be improved within the UI, where there are some zooming and dragging issues, mostly on the roster page. But these are very small issues and definitely not causing any big stoppers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're scheduling, forecasting, and staffing multiple support teams with Agyle. Agyle's forecasting features have allowed us to move away from creating a manual forecast to utilizing their very powerful forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Nicola, the primary manager of our relationship, is accessible and open to discuss any challenges we have, at almost any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are odd small features missing. As if a team who didn't actively use WFM tools constantly designed it based on a theoretical model rather than a practical. It's 70% genius and 20% well designed, but not excellent and 10% non-useful product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily scheduling our complex, but small groups.
