Genuine User Insights, Though Dashboard Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting helps in understanding what people think when they you their product. There is no need of guessing what users might be feeling, with the help of UserTesting you have the ability to watch them and interact with your website and App in real time. It's feedback is genuine and unfiltered that helps in spot issues you would never notice from your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's Dashboard is little overwhelming at first with lots of options and filters to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in solving problems related to understanding of what users actually thinks and how they actually interact with the product. Our team was struggling with guessing user behaviour that often leads to designs or features that don't meet real needs. UserTesting helped by allowing us to watch and listen real people use you website, app, revealing where they are confused and what needs to be improves.

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting offers a straightforward and user-friendly interface for conducting usability tests. I appreciate how it enables me to test different websites, prototypes, and mobile apps, all while contributing to the improvement of various products. The instructions for each test are clear, and payments are handled efficiently once a test is completed. Overall, it’s an excellent platform for honing UX skills and gaining insights into user behavior in practical, real-world situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the number of available test opportunities can be limited based on your demographics or profile type. Some tests also require users to have higher experience ratings before they can participate, which may pose a challenge for newcomers trying to get started. Furthermore, the review process for submitted tests can sometimes take longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting enables me to efficiently collect genuine feedback from real users on digital products such as websites, apps, and prototypes before they go live. This process helps me uncover usability problems, refine design flows, and ultimately deliver a better experience for end users. The platform serves as a valuable link between design teams and actual users, empowering businesses to make informed, data-driven decisions about user experience. For me personally, it has deepened my understanding of user behavior, significantly sped up the usability testing process, and provided practical insights that benefit both my personal projects and my professional work in UX.

What I appreciate most is their reward system—it truly feels magical.

There are times when I feel like I would be a great match for a study, but I still don't get selected.

This service provides high-quality surveys with excellent participants, which I find very important. It truly helps by ensuring both the surveys and the respondents meet a high standard.

User Testing is human insight plateform that helps companies to understand the how real users interact with company's  product, website and services.it allows companies to collects real feedback from real users recorded vedios , surveys and josh talk or interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its advance feature require subscription either montly or annually which make extra cost to small size companys .Technical experienced persons are required to to implement or handle into organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Testing is maily used for solving many problems in organisation in which is one is that we can conduct the survey or interview to collect or maintain real feedback from real users which make beneficial for any organisation to increase their customer based on survey or interview. we can slo reduce cost of company . it do not reqire any type of coding to implement into organisation.

I need to go through all the sessions to hear what our users have to say—it's time-consuming, but incredibly useful and unavoidable.

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting is one of the most complete tools in the market. They offer so many test types and their panel is robust, allowing us to run unlimited tests. The recording functionality is a differential. They constantly release product improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their interface can be a bit complex for non-researchers as they offee too many possibilities.I would like them to simplify it and provide more guidance to non-researchers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily reach out to employees and B2B companies to run usability testes and interviews.
