Easy to use, delivers great results
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and edit a test. The results come back so fast and allows the project to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have really small target audience and can be hard to find end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring we get customer insights before launching a product or solution. This saves us time once the product is launched.
Flexible tool for market research
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is effective for evaluative and generative research. It has the flexibility to be used for multiple styles of research. It is also an excellent tool for democratizing research activities around a larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated semantic analysis and video clipping is useful, but has a long way to go. I still prefer using the tool in combination with a specialized analysis workspace. But for many applications/contexts, it could certainly be an end to end solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with end users and quickly getting their responses in unmoderated asynchronous manners.
UT has been an invaluable resource to our team
What do you like best about the product?
UT has not only made it easy to recruit participants from all over the world - they have also eliminated users not paying attention to surveys / questions etc. Users on UT are invested in helping us make the best products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small changes such as the ability to edit a test after launching it (i.e., editing filters) however this is a very small request for a platform that allows so much flexibility

UT has helped me test designs fast and efficiently with real potential users. This has been a great benefit that has improved many of our products
Meaningful Consumer Insights
What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting gives me the ability to field meaningful tests, with consumers we need and gain valuable insights that enable us to create experiences for users. UserTesting makes it easy compared to other products with an amazing support and education team unlike anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only recommendation I would give to UserTesting is to continue testing and improving the platform based on consumer feedback. Over the years they have made amazing changes to make the experience even better for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting is allowing us to test quickly with consumers and make changes that would typically take us months to identify and change. This has improved our business products and user reviews substantially since beginning to use this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very flexible product. We don't have to do only usability tests, if there is a problem we cannot solve using other methods, chances are UserTesting probably suggests a solution. Recently we used it to replicate a bug we could not replicate on our end. UserTesting can be a powerful tool if you are creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more flexibilty on editing test plan after launching tests. As we have to redo the test plan, previous ones go to waste. Also, lately there is a bug which deletes scenario or tasks before launching the test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use UserTesting do conduct usability test, 5 seconds tests and sometimes try to understand how some bugs happen by making the user replicate them. Sometimes we edit the screener so we can get the opinions of a certain group of users.
Comprehensive solution for user testing
What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting's moderated user study option is a robust tool that allows you to set up and conduct tests all from the platform with the help of Zoom. The experience is seamless and makes testing super easy. I love that it helps me schedule my tests and conduct them easily before providing video recordings of the sessions where I have tools like note taking and video-clipping to help organize my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
UserTesting's unmoderated testing option is great but it doesn't compare to the option of some tools where a data analyst team synthesizes your test data for you. If you want to synthesize the data yourself then UserTesting has a great platform to help you do that, but I find that this process is very time-consuming and I'd rather opt for solutions where a team will do this for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting solves the problem of needing various tools and equipment for user testing. Everything can be done right in their platform, with the help of Zoom, to conduct both moderated and unmoderated tests. I find their platform to be more modern than other options and very easy to use.
Useful way to generate insights
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked the most was that each test allowed me to earn money, the amount depends on the kind of test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it seems to you that you are a good fit for the criteria for a particular opportunity but still might not get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies can find outsiders to review their product for them, providing insights that are usually different from the existing user pool that they might have.
Good Platform to run unmoderated test with user.
What do you like best about the product?
It`s a great tool to run unmoderated tests. This platform allows taking metrics, and task times. The user videos have good quality. The testing setup is easy to do and very fast, if you know about user testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things that I dislike.
The first one it's a very expensive platform for Latinamericans companies.
The other is the platform doesn't have Spanish speakers users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the recruitment of the users. Another problem that solves me is the gathering of the information for the tests. The reports are very easy to understand and share with the stakeholders.
Intutive and simple

Platform has good set of users whose insights are much valuable while performing research

Inability to perform A/B testing of prototypes - It sometimes doesnt provide quantitative insights required for Product managers directly in required format

UserTesting is an amazing platform with amazing customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the platform for almost two years now and it's been an amazing tool and resource to have. The platform is intuitive, always improving, and best of all finds users relevant to our customer base very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I dislike about the platform but the cost is definitely a premium. Overall I feel we are getting our money's worth.

UserTesting allows us to work directly with our users to validate UX and design concepts, test features, and understand our customers at a much deeper level.
