Great Product - Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
We use UT a ton for comparative testing between prototypes and then between competitors. The Product team is always very excited when I can get results back within hours.

Beyond the product, the support team at UT are second-to-none. Ive only had to contact them a handful of times, but every time has resolved my frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the product was cheaper. We're a small start-up and UT is getting to be expensive. There are times where the testers UT finds for us are clearly just trying to make a buck. Some tests we flag and UT is always helpful at finding replacements, but I feel UT could do a better job of filtering testers and finding testers who actually contribute useful data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the process of building a new and exciting tools, and UT is letting us dig deep into user expectations and helping us separate our biases from whats right.

Final report layouts could be better. The reports are a bit difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used UserTesting to get feedback on our website design. The 5-second test was very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can highlight the most important part of a video, saving the clip. Moreover, I can put together all clips of the same task for different users. I like also like the use of the reels, for my presentation of the results they are very useful. Regarding the recordings: they are well made and with good quality, both for mobile and desktop. I like that I can have different dashboards for all my brand, so I can handle the projects easily. Another thing that is very good for me is the customer service. When I ask something, the answer is quick and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe is not intuitive at the beginning..so you need to take your time to understand how it is work, and could be useful have examples of different user test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem related to the prescription on my site. But also was useful to understand the customer journey and which problem the users had on the payment page. Yes, it was very useful to understand some important problems.
Another thing I discover is, for example, the different mental models that women and men have. In one user test Isaw that women prefer to see the PLP with only the frame, instead the men prefer to see the glasses worn by a model.
Another important discovery is that the consumer didn't understand the copy f box annual supply in PDP. So with this insight, we were able to change it and improve CR. Also, we tested the sunglasses configurator and we saw a lot of problems for the users, that we solved. It's a very important tool for us, to do research, to improve our sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
useful if you want to know what your consumer thinks and to do useful research on your site. ou can really improve the Cr and the revenue if you use it well

What do you like best about the product?
It is versatile and can be used for unmoderated tests
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little clunky, like if you host a diary study you have to send out links to each individual versus the platform sending them out. Its little things like that that limit its functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to test more and to let designers test more

Test other tools alongside it as it is not a one stop shop

What do you like best about the product?
The tool approaches the matters via face-to-face feedback to remote methods. It's a full-comprehensive method to organize contributions coming from users on our e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Protection seems managed under US Law (not still CCPA). I recommend a good level of attention in setting all the related features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We arranged in a single place all the user feedback for the analysis of our platform. One single place can make it more efficient and easy to compare

Made it really effortless to get feedback early and often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure means only a few team members have full-access roles. That's made it sometimes painful when we are setting up a project as we need the team member with full-access to make adjustments for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usability testing. For validating concepts (A/B testing type exercise)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collect specific product feedback that helps uncover usability issues fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users can get completely off track, and the test becomes useless. for that reason I run pilot tests before setting out large studies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps get a good outside-in view on the user experience, in a way that helps observe defects in our production environments.

What do you like best about the product?
The best insights were on parts of the navigation I wouldn’t realize there was issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
A set of testing questions could lead to a pointless testing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigation problems when the objective is to find anything on a website. With testing I found many more flaws on the navigation of the website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple tool with a very intuitive interface and easy to setup. Definitely the best tool to test a website navigation.
