A UI designer’s perspective on UserTesting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how UserTesting enables product managers to get real time feedback remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I don't like the fact that it will take some playing around to get a cost estimate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get access to target demographic is something that really stands out to me
A quick and versatile way to get customer insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick and easy it is to set up a remote test and start getting results. It is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. The reporting or metrics tab is one of my favorite features of usertesting.com it provides an at a glance view of the insights gathered and a way to share those insights quickly. They are also continually adding new features or improving existing ones to make it easier and faster to view and digest the data gathered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a more robust and easier way to organize tests. Currently, creating folders and moving and sorting tests is quite laborious, and there is no way to view all of your tests in something like a tree structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use UserTesting for high-level benchmark testing as well as very specific behavioral and feature-specific testing. We have even been able to use it to generate survey and card sort related data. It is this level of versatility that makes it such a valuable tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
UserTesting is a great way to ensure that the customer's voice is heard in the decision-making process.
Interactive kiosk - Its a hand held device to manage you visitor.
What do you like best about the product?
Watching customer in real life, how they handle the kiosk and area where they get lost or take little longer on some screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the management team for sanctions the budget :P
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. To reduse there waiting time in the lobby

You have to enter your work email, why I can just try it for a a while with my personal email before I tell my company about it!

Real user testing any time and any where, with insight feedback from users who really honest and not just some random uninterested people about the product
To check if the application is user friendly and accessable.

With the help of user testing, you will know what are things needs to be updated or if the app satisfies the users needs ang owners expectstions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time consuming, you have to check and understand how does the application work and what are the product they are going to launch and for this you have to go thoughroughly with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quality and user satisfactory of the application/product to be launch. With user testing, it will help you understand more the ways possible for your app or product to be more attractive and sailable to the market or users which are normally the public.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should do usertesting to make the product/applications perfect and updated before it will be launch. This will help prevent the issues and problem that may encounter in the future. Besides this will give a huge benefit/positive impact on the applications with regards to the users in general.

It gets slightly overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some clients disregard the users. The benefits of allowing userTesting is aparent when the clients find out things they have not yet realized about their own product
Really I like the concept because you can get the best feedback from your target audience

The best thing of user testing is you can get feedback from your target audience it's very helpful, it can help you to edit your product based on your target audience feedbacks

Maybe some users they can't give you the right feedback so you need more feedbacks from many users

I have app and I did user testing for my users it was very helpful and it became more interactive and simple
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend every owners and every company to use usertesting really it's very helpful and you can save a lot of money and a lot of time in userrestoing platform
Top tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed and easy-to-understand results. Integration with Jira and Confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have integration with Figma. Would be great to implement it soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting user feedback in an useful way. To receive qualitative insights about our product.
I think its good if there are tracker available for real time customer review.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the review UI part the most because it's easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the time tracking system.

It helps me to understand the real-time customer experience, and they are happy to share there valuable feedback.

I think it's best to get the user experience of real-time customers.
