Great Platform Accessibility & Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Usertesting provides an easy experience for curating the perfect test. The results are delivered in a compreshensive summary and it's easy to make edits to testing groups or questions if needed.
The leadership services are very helpful as well to help you reach your goals. The Customer Success Managers and Power sessions provided, helped me utilize the platform to the fullest extent.

What do you dislike about the product?
An area where Usertesting can improve is access to more professions from respondents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usertesting helped me curate concrete screening questions in order to prevent bots or the incorrect respondents from interacting with my test for the most accurate results

UserTesting is very user friendly and has various testing cabaplities.
What do you like best about the product?
The quick results and how easy it is to update tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to be careful of session units getting used up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tells me what the consumer is thinking and saying, helps me instantly figure out answers to messaging and image questions or concerns.
Excellent platform for overall user testing

I like the new user survey feature, it has been extremely helpful to me.

I think the AI tool has room for improvement

We need to so a lot of user testing whether it be unmoderated, moderated usability or consumer surveys.
Great way to quickly validate ideas and concepts
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to quickly and easily spin up a test that allows me to validate design concepts. I also really enjoy the UT customer support team, and the guidance they provide to me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'session credit' model is a little convoluted and makes it difficult to easily determine the # of units you'll need to complete a given test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I regularly use it to pressure test early-stage design concepts and late-stage prototypes for a number of digital products.
Fantastic resource for quick user feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Usertesting has provided so many insights on digital products that I have worked on for over ten years, it's very quick and easy to setup a test and their offering has improved with the use of user friendly metrics and AI tools. The test videos come back really fast allowing us to react in real time to evoling design problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get to grips with the highlight reel tools - I feel this could be easier to create and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing of new concepts and products, usertesting provides fast insights into where people are struggling with UX. We also use it for competitor analysis.
Lovely to work with and nice product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own tests quickly, and then iterate and refine them, then launch fast and easily. We also have a professional services package and the team is brilliant to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use UserTesting's UserZoom version to get to know how typical users navigate our webpages and website. We test patterns and journeys.

Wonderful customer success manager named Melissa Shelder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promised new features sometimes materialize very slowly. Very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are several different lines of business, so what digital problems it is solving depends on the LOB.
Excellent tool for User Research, Testing, Reporting and Re-testing
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can create an experience, select the audience, publish the experience, test and gather results (usually) by the end of the day. The experience is very well structured, easy to learn and deep in reporting analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a strong word. I dislike nothing about the tool, but I look forward to when "new" features are better integrated (SUS, as an example).

What are our users most focused on, do they understand what we do, can they find what they need, are we providing vlaue?

UserTesting is best in class
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I'm responsible for improving digital communications channels and messages on a global scale so I need to understand various regions, nations, cultures, etc. UserTesting has an excellent pool of people I can conduct user tests, research, polls, etc. on a global scale with specific demographics I need to truly impact the customer base when it comes to CSAT scores and brand loyalty. It's the most indispensable tool I have in my arsenal to ensure research-based design is at the forefront.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. They are continuously improving their interface and they listen for improvement requests or new features and genuinely care. The most difficult thing is getting companies I've worked for in the past to accept the ROI on the higher cost required. After 2 different companies, my current employer already uses them extensively in different departments so this is certainly a consideration.

Finding people I can reach out to in the world whether moderated or un-moderated to get invaluable insights.
Great tool to do user research
What do you like best about the product?
I like the community in user testing. The UI is also very easy to use and smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes participants do not show up, and it is unpredictable to plan interviews. Sometimes participants are not serious about the product and only participate for the reward.
