What do you like best about the product?
The consumer insights, mostly qualitative are amazing. Ease of use and speed of user responses as well as their quality
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't yet substitute for hands-on. I just found out about UserTesting community - initial training was nice though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prototype iteration, product packaging, concept testing, consumer research. Faster turnaround time and more confidence that what we are building will be useful.

Great tool to improve your product experience

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting allows us to back product decisions with unbiased results. We have been able to take company business thought processes and change focus to Customer oriented processes. This has improved our digital products and helped transform our digital experience culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes UserTesters can try to go through the test as fast as possible instead of fully reading and answering the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am personally using UserTest to test the mobile app from the idea stages all the way through live product tests. We have realized sometimes less is more but also sometimes a little extra info is required.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get unbiased feedback about the functionality and usability of our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seat permissions are frustrating because they don't encourage the democratization of research. Currently others who wish to create & launch tests must go through me which is a burden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product usability, usage flows, product and feature discovery

Product Empowerment, Backed by Research

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting is very intuitive to use, but it is also comforting to have a support team to help with any questions. The UserTesting team helped set up my very first test, which was enormously comprehensive. I originally felt in over my head, but having a template and the support empowered me to explore options, learn more about the platform and also help learn for future tests. In short, the UserTesting team is my favorite aspect about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would love A/B testing capability, and also a way to track data points as the testers go through the test. Everyone on my team has a different method to track who completes what and to what degree, so I would love a feature that automatically generates a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a member of the design and UX team, we try to solve website pain points for Customers. We also test new prototypes and potential designs before we present them to our leadership team. Having UserTesting data bolsters our case for changing the website when we present to leadership and also stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
the videos of users trying out the platform and hearing what their inner thoughts are on your test.
What do you dislike about the product?
the semi complicated back-end... takes a while to learn and fully explore. also; UT needs to offer more IA and card sorting tools

helps validate the designs and informs how and where to iterative and improve prod functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick results back, whereas previously we had to do it manually. It now saves a lot of time to collect data and research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to say that there is anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing A/B testing, and getting feedback from a feature we are planning to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
Super quick results, access to almost any type of user you could possibly want to hear from
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way to interview users who are not already part of Usertesting platform. If they are not already pretty tech savvy, they really struggle with getting on Zoom, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to watch users talk through tasks so you can understand their thought process. It's also really useful to be able to show customers our site vs. competitors to get their feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if it was easier to suppress your brand vs. a competitor. Sometimes I think the feedback has bias based upon if the customer likes the brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been collecting data vs. competitors which has helped us to improve elements on our homepage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a transcription of the videos. It's helpful to read along and to take a quick look at what people are saying. I enjoy that you can do so many things with the product, from prototype tests to A/B tests to concept studies. We've found great value in the information we've received from UserTesting, and we've only just begun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is spotty most of the time and not super reliable. I find that I often have to re-type sentences for clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding if the words and phrases we use are the same ones that our audience uses. We do mainly concept work, and find that this gives us a good jumping off point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is super helpful and the participants are often motivated to give you helpful feedback. I haven't been disappointed when doing a test.
