What do you like best about the product?
I love the verbatims that we suss out through the questions
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to struggle or pay extra to find our commercial population. (meaning, I wish the population was more versatile.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How consumers respond or react to our marketing. We realized that little things, like credit card imagery can influence perception of a product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that tests get filled within minutes and I can begin testing users on their experience of our product immediately. I also love that the platform is so streamlined and versatile. I am able to compile my data in a variety of ways whether that is via themes and hashtags or highlight reels of the most telling moments on video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be hard to navigate at times when I am trying to uncover something new. However, it is improving all the time and they really listen to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more insight into the minds of our potential customers. We have made major design decisions with great results based on the feedback we receive through Usertesting.

Appreciate the videos and quotes, it's nice to be able to watch and hear the customer's feedback on our website vs. competitors and see it in real time and unmoderated

Would like to have ranking questions and different question types

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up a test, the results come in within hours and their help/chat is very useful and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for easier access to help with strategy and roadmapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving conversion, discover ability, and increase user experience.
User Testing for Quick Wins!
What do you like best about the product?
User Testing helps me target really specific user groups through their panels of participants and allows me to save these user groups for quick test access later. I love being able to annotate video clips with quick notes so I can more efficiently aggregate highlights to share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licenses are prohibitively expensive. We have access to very few seats. And as a freelancer on the side, I don't know how I would be able to utilize the platform with a freelance budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to prove out and validate a user persona using live conversations. The platform allows me to do quicker, unmoderated testing, but also gives me access to real customers in real time with video chats.
Usertesting and Live Conversation!
What do you like best about the product?
Live Conversation has been a key component of my research toolkit! It will allow us to work quickly and efficiently and makes the democratization of our research easier in a business with multiple stakeholders and priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing insights in beta! but can't wait to use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing ongoing research for multiple parts of an organization, enable us to make confident and informed decisions
Great for quick feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Usertesting is our go for super quick product/UX feedback that allows us to move fast and get a directional pulse check on how our users feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see profiles of the users include a head shot and get more well rounded understanding of who they are in addition to the screener process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Userteseting.com allows us to gut check our designs and product flows and optimize them so that we feel good about putting them into A/B testing.
I can always depend on UserTesting to connect me with my target users effectively and efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting allows me to turn around quality research in an incredibly short turn around time. I can connect with Live Conversations in what feels like minutes, and collect extremely valuable footage of users on our site within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add new participant groups after a study has been launched, but I am only able to add participants from the pools I created at the start of the study. Often times I do international research and wish to expand to a new country or new age demographic, but I'm not able to without duplicating the study and launching a second one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting lets me collect feedback on design concepts throughout the product cycle, but also put a qualitative spin on quant research. For the surveys I run, I also typically have UserTesting participants take the survey and explain the trade offs and decisions they are making as they answer.
Excellent and Getting Better

Access to UserTesting's huge range of participants; ease of use; fast turnaround on results
What do you dislike about the product?
Options for customization could be better. Need to be able to better tailor screeners and question options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing comprehension and findability of new features; validating hypotheses. Products are improved incrementally.
