Use UserTesting to make your design practice truly design first
What do you like best about the product?
User testing has by far the best panel out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes user testing doesn't feel like they have user tested their own software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing study participants is by far my biggest problems and user testing solves that with their excellent panel

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting.com offers an intuitive platform for gathering valuable user feedback through remote usability testing, providing insightful insights for enhancing digital experiences. Its user-friendly interface and robust features, making it effortless to conduct comprehensive usability tests and gain valuable insights for improving digital products.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there is more survey features that could be implemented within the test. For example, adding multiple choice matrix questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unmoderated usability studies helped me solved issues and save time doing that. Offers different methods such as Card Sort, A/B test, five seconds test. Conducting live conversation that helped us learning more from users and do exploratory research.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely sleek looking and easy to navigate UI - emphasis on discoverability and ample cognitive affordances to allow non-research professionals to launch studies that glean meaningful insights. The engaged user community, dedicated support, and fantastic gamification of learning UX Research in UT University/Community are all things that will keep me a strong promoter of UserTesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
More users who are clearly not fitting the demographics they set on their profiles are slipping through into studies regardless of the amount or quality of screener requirements set. This is a struggle that all companies with a participant databases deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to speak to participants that could be customers of my company/company competitors - sometimes broadly and sometimes a very specific subgroup. UT Allows us to show potential users current designs to address any usability issues or areas of improvement to allow for constant user-focused improvements and to save the company time and money by testing new designs before they are launched to ensure they are as user-focused and user-friendly as possible.

The speed at which I can set up tests and review the feedback

Lack of an inclusive network,or a group of people who are neurodiverse or have disability issues and sign up for user testing and self identify

It helps our team narrow down if we're solving the customer problem in a beneficial way or if we're way off mark
Supports scaling and accelerating research for a small research org
What do you like best about the product?
I work on a team of 2 researchers for a B2B company. It used to be incredibly difficult for us to recruit end users of our product, but UT has really sped up and helped with that process. It has also helped us speed up getting insights on prototypes by making use of the unmoderated testing function. I love how flexible UT.com is and have used it for a variety of methods, even using it to run a Diary Study. They also have incredible support and resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Recruiting specific B2B profiles can be hard. I also find that there are often some fraudulent participants in tests, however UT.com does a great job of replacing the session or refunding your credits if the quality of the insight is not what you need it to be. I wish I could have a bit more visibility into who's taking the screener and those that are close matches, if not 100% matches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting is solving the problem of recruitment and synthesizing live sessions into insights. It has helped us as a small team increase the number of requests we can handle and has freed up our time for more in-depth studies while we can rely on UT.com to help us get great usability insights from their unmoderated capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly ut.com helps get participants for our tests with its robust contributor networks. The synthesis page was also easy to navigate and generate insights. It is a helpful tool that makes our research process efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be hard to get the exact contributors we want.

Quickly finding participants for us and it can refund users that are disqualified. it makes our jobs as researchers much easier
Easy to use, delivers great results
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and edit a test. The results come back so fast and allows the project to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have really small target audience and can be hard to find end users.

It is ensuring we get customer insights before launching a product or solution. This saves us time once the product is launched.
Flexible tool for market research
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is effective for evaluative and generative research. It has the flexibility to be used for multiple styles of research. It is also an excellent tool for democratizing research activities around a larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated semantic analysis and video clipping is useful, but has a long way to go. I still prefer using the tool in combination with a specialized analysis workspace. But for many applications/contexts, it could certainly be an end to end solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with end users and quickly getting their responses in unmoderated asynchronous manners.

UT has not only made it easy to recruit participants from all over the world - they have also eliminated users not paying attention to surveys / questions etc. Users on UT are invested in helping us make the best products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small changes such as the ability to edit a test after launching it (i.e., editing filters) however this is a very small request for a platform that allows so much flexibility

UT has helped me test designs fast and efficiently with real potential users. This has been a great benefit that has improved many of our products
