UJET was very accurate when it comes to aux and login/logout time.
What do you like best about the product?
It can be highly recommend to other association. It was helpful for collecting time stamps and no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be the stand alone because sometimes there is an error when putting the headset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of the moment, I still not experience any issue with our UJET tool.

What do you like best about the product?
For me Ujet makes our work become easier and lighter. It is also very convenient to use. It helps us to know the information of our guest/host during the verification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't any dislikement from UJET since it has been very useful on our everyday work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet allow me to help customer in regards with their account issues, verification process. We can transfer directly our host/guest on that support they need if there is problem encountered

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's easy to use. This gives me a light work. Especially during live chat and call. Amount of feautures is not overwhelming so it's easy for me to use it and did not give me hard time using it. As customer support it's important to have an easy tools for us to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about ujet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a customer support we have different line of business and also we're on different places and countries so by the help of ujet it's easy to transfer our customer to it's designated departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like about the UJET is very easy to use and it gives me happiness when it comes to my work and its very easy to navigate its very amazing and nice. I use th UJET everday in my work

For me UJET is very frienly app ad there is no reason to me to dislike this amazing app and if I will rate UJET i will rate it as 10 out of 10 easy to use and easy to naviagte.

UJET helps me a lot when it comes to my work and it soived everything that I need when it comes pn my job as a call center agent

Ujet makes it easy to communicate with customers and efficiently resolve their issues and concerns.
User friendly and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the tool is, everything is so compact and easy to use, checking your handling time,number or calls and survey score real time gives you an idea on how to execute taking calls to get better scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it confusing when having to outbound call someone when your currently on a call. Not automatically please the call on hold could get confusing sometimes.

Just by simply integrating UJET with other tools like Kustomer is making lives so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
UJET helps me to easily comunicate to our custumers concerns. So I was able to assist them as fast as I can. Also UJET has an access to connect to the ticket on kustomer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare cases, my CSAT sometimes was reflected on UJET but it not reflects in kustomer tool.

UJET helps me to get easily get the customers concerns, and it helps me to access my scores also.
Feature-Rich, Easy Setup, But Needs Stability Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET because it gives me features where I can select the next status to transfer the call to the designated department. It's also easy and understandable to set up, which helps in managing my work schedule effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets automatic log out for no reason. In making outbound calls, sometimes I receive an error message saying the number is invalid even if it is the usual number of the customer. It gives us confusion on both parties.

I use UJET to manage my work schedule and easily transfer calls to the designated department.
there is a little delay but it is manageable
