Great experience in use
What do you like best about the product?
The software is really straight forward and there is almost no flaw when it comes to use in comparison to other systems I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more color options for the platform or at least for the auxes, sometimes they get confused due to same or similar colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The basic uses, third party calls and options to call in phones that have a menu is really easy to do with your dial pad.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very easy of use, and complete service for phone services, great work for call centers.

How fast it integrates with salesforce, and how easy is to navigate thru the various screens Ujet may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it get disconnections, returning me back to the end of the queue.

The fact that we can control the auxes and log out agents, this is an amazing feature.
The reports that I can pull and everything that can be extracted from the admin part is great.

Sometimes it logs me out immediately after a time frame of disuse.
Sometimes the data it displays get's inaccurate after some downloads of the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our job easier in case of logging and getting reports, this has made easy our job by handling the calls that have been on course or the ones that have dropped. checking queues and how they advance is pretty tedious.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through the program thoroughly so that you're able to handle it faster and get the grip of how the features work and what you can do with it.
Great product and and excellent interface, one of the best ones I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and how simple it is to use. As well the ability to be able to listen and check call and chats o an live manner. As well you are able to view agent status and have the ability to change this status. Ujet is very simple to use and anyone can get a hold and start trying it out right from the get go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, it works great. I have not have any problems at this time. One thing that I did notice is that you need to refresh the page every so often because it lags and does not allow you to monitor accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep an eye on everything. As well you are able to change status of your agents. That way if they have been on and unavailable status you are able to change them from any location.

Be sure to have a good internet connection. That way you can listen to call and chats live. This way you can get all the benefits

Better call control overall
It's very practical and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very straightforward and user friendly. The cool is cool looking and also very clean. The transfer process or adding a third party to a call is so simple that makes an awesome experience differing from other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually there's nothing I can really dislike. The program works great. Sometimes it might crash and show a gray screen, but refreshing it brings it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use UJET to take and make calls to the customers and the clarity and reliability of the experience has no comparison. It's so clear, handling a call with this tool is better than using any other tool. It's pretty fast, loads quickly, doesn't need to add a station number, has multiple status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead and give it a shot, it's a very good and useful tool. You can increase productivity and also have a better administrative perspective.

The history that provide you , in my case since I was a tech support agent I had something as a backup in case of disconnection
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to load or open or the call didn't log on our report that causes a discrepancy in our history call flow in case that we do need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality! as I mention we use it for a report as a quality specialist to identify any tool issue and history about the calls

I like that it is to easy to create reports and handle them

There is a complete lack of background noise, some other platforms have an excellent background noise control and, it creates connection problems

I think it is helpful on the call center work but it has a lot of ground to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a very complete program that anticipates the needs of its users. It helps agents complete their tasks as it helps with safe transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when it crashes (seldom as it is) the information is lost, and the person on the other is not warned about the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET provides an easy to understand and follow system to all it's users. It saves time when being used, so that hey focus can be placed in other areas. It is also very reliable and convenient to receive prepare reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advice they implement it and use it. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of tools that will likely increase the amount of information that can be used for reports, feedback and improvements.
