What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting function the best because it's a great tool to validate hours. When time discrepancies occur it's a great tool to verify pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't force logout agents who get stuck in aux codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved a few pay issues with the reporting feature in order to verify time entries in injunction with the ujet call summary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay updated on the new features so you can take full advantage of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Call Clarity, the ease of use. Integrated nicely with the software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No SMS feature. There is not much else wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clear sound you get on your phone calls, the stats is such a bonus but so great to keep track off!
It is super user friendly! :D - The current UJET experience is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downside's yet and I do not believe I will be anytime soon, I love UJET!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy to reach all of my customers/merchants ect that I need to call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will thank me, I can guarantee you that much going with UJET should be the only app allowed! :D

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design, easy to use, and user friendly. Made my first time working at a call center really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might crash sometimes, but support helps to tackle issues and solve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sudden crashes happen for various reasons but it works and is straight forward. Tickets are recognized when submitted and aren't forgotten.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely easy for beginners to intermediate.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about UJET is all the opportunities and options that can provide in the moment of been with the customer, no making to waste customer time in making them to call back to get to the correct department and just transferring them to that is amazing and is an amazing tool for customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad with the tool but sometimes the tool get a glitch like sometimes doesn't charge the tool or set you on unavailable in my manager overview but from the agent end is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a good way to do three-way calls and that helps a lot to the customer because he does not lose time by calling the third party company and calling us back, is better to have a conference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having more interaction with the software like, changing profile picture or small things that make the UJET look a lot better and makes it look nice, besides that all the tools to use it are perfect and really easy to use.

When ending the call the reason selections are easy to maneuver to .

When it freezes up because your call is dropped causing customers to become irate sometimes depending on the reason for their call.
