Using of Ujet
What do you like best about the product?
It can use to communicate out bound or inbound call to a customer and can use to support the customers need. We used ujet for working and to tag if we whether going to meeting ,breaks or lunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
mispunch on ujet can caused call outs from the higher ops and errors occurs .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve on communicating with people , easy to use and to navigate . There's no error can experience using the Ujet .

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly we can easliy track the status and the time we are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the Ujet tab integrated with Kustomer, we cannot move outside the window frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily change my status when needed, and it is easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use unlike the other software because as a Customer support its important to us this kind of software. Theres so many number of features like the aux or status after the call. Ease of implementation and frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i dont know i dislike on ujet so far im happy to be a user of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to transfer the call and specially the next action after the call because i need to make a note after a call. Since it has a next action i wont receive a call as long i didnt forgot to change the next action.
Life Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
As a supervisor, it really helps me with my day to day reporting for call handing total hours and very user friendly. Not only easy to navigate but also it works as an indicator for auxes status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some occasions of latency perhaps due to number of users but it does not reduce it's overall function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps me idetinfy my team's overall average handling time on a daily basis, not only that but for payroll purpose as well. It determines the number of hours the agents are productive.
It's user friendly but could use a bit more of improvement.

It's user friendly. It's not that hard to use compare to other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync Ujet in Kustomer cannot be move outside the frame of Kustomer. Also, the I hope it has the function to sync it's mute with the mute button of the headset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure about this one. So far, we are not informed by management in our office on what updates the Ujet have.

What do you like best about the product?
Real time software on call handling as a cutomer service. A software that can use on a daily bases for working purposes. It has a clear sound effect and friendly user and more options available now. It actually improves more after they updated it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It normally buffered especially if you have internet connection issues

Sometimes ujet hang for a second but then again it quickly back to its normal process

Ujet makes our job easy and most of the time reliable tools among others
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet comes with various function as a user. One of many things I like about this tool is it's real time work status and It also allow us to take calls, chat, or email with auto populated information from the IVR. I use it daily and it's very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues that hinders me to perform my job using this tool. Though, there are instances of latency and audio issues but not frequent and easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a daily user, I need to take chats and emails. This tool help me to manage my work status and serves as a communication tool to our customers. On top of it's smooth function. it's ability to auto populate the customer details it's truly amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET has a lot of features that helps us assist our customers through chat, email and phone calls. We always use UJET whether we take inbound and outbound calls, replying to emails of customers and receiving chats. When it comes to its chat features, there has been a recent update where in when customers are unresponsive, it gets automatically get dismissed by our system and the next agent who will receive the chat will be able to see the previous conversation which give the customers a good experience from customer support as they won't have to repeat themselves again and can be assisted further. The UJET tool also is not that hard to follow as it has options that can easily understood by its users . Also, The software has an excellent ease of integration with other third-party services we have such as Kustomer.com

None so far, my experience with UJET is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to easily identify the customer and be provided with their details on another third-party service which is Kustomer. It also helps us communicate with our customers in a timely manner
Change is good
What do you like best about the product?
It has encompassed all the necessary deparments to transfer to in one system making things much easier for all. It is easy to use after the training has been provided obviously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Penny system has been giving us issues causing more frustrations to our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me a lot of time when connecting customers or calling customers back irregadless of which country they are in.
