Amazing experience in using UJET delivering the best customer service in our industry.
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is incredibly user-friendly and useful for a variety of tasks. Because our goal as customer support is to ensure that our clients are satisfied, UJET makes it very convenient for us to monitor our operations. It can also be used to address a variety of client complaints. The program integrates with various third-party services with remarkable ease. We use this on a daily basis to carry out our work. It can be applied with the goal of simplicity of usage. It can be used with ease of implementation in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may act strangely or be a little quirky at times. For instance, there have been a few occasions when I've been in one UJET status—for instance, available—and it's changed to unavailable. Sometimes, it's frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is solving our customer's problems as Customer Support and it's giving us the option to deliver our service with satisfaction.

The best part with UJET is easy access and easy to navigate perfect you being a customer support, the frequency is good, and there is a lot of features to use

It is hard to change status if you are making an outbound call,

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet makes our work easier. Ujet is very convenient to use. It is very easy to navigate if you have something to update. Ujet provides a user friendly interaction. Ujet is helpful for us customer support. I use Ujet regulary. Ujet has a lot of features where in you can transfer and connect with other representatives. Ujet has been designed with features that will make it easier to transfer/Connect, for ease of implementation.

Ujet is really a user friendly tools so nothing

Connecting with customers. Specially for abandoned calls with ujet, we can easily call them back

It is very simple to use, not much training needed if you are a person who is aware of applications

You are able to prepare for interactions with a countdown, you are able to advise customers on waiting time when they are being transferred. Dialing out is very easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like about UJET is we can use this to contact people from all over the world
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs that we are experiencing. Sometimes my Auxes are different from the administrators causing me to be logged out by them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is that I can reach out to multiple persons at the same time. We are using this to contact customers that has an important schedule or Information
Seamless and easy to use interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and friendly and the stats chart help keep track of the performance for the day to main target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other features that would be great are still disabled like the CSAT stat, would be amazing to have other than that theres nothing to dislikeon it, maybe a theme personalisation touch would make it alot more apealing to the eye as a design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Penny Payment updates allow ease of having updates made for customer payments which is great.
UJET is a very user friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to manage, easy reporting and great visuals on the dashboard for a broad spectrum of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any major complaints, I would preffer if it showed all calls holding in a seperate "blocks" versus the big blue box that populates in the far right hand side of the dashboard only showing the longest holding call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to see how long an agent is in a specific status is very helpful, also being able to live monitor calls and take over when needed is very useful.

Ujet is so accurate, fast and reliable. It helps us a lot.

none, everything is good! no wonder Ujet is great.

Taking calls and doing outbound calls.
UJET Remains a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about UJET still remain great. I was really amaze and impress on how this tool very ease to use and easy to navigate. It's user-interface easy to understand even though the beginner whose using it is able to perform the job effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about UJET is that sometime when I loggedin UJET inside it's integrated Kustomer application, it took sometime for me to be able to login. However, this also fixed when I'm using stand alone UJET. It's still really great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This would be the same as previously, the color of the whole UJET will be different in every changed the auxes like break, lunch and etc. However, UJET updated in a simple and easy color to white. This is great for viewing since the only color will change is only in the button itself and not in the whole UJET interface. Additionally, the call button and outbound was update to start call which is really awesome for us to understand as quickly as possible when doing outbound call.
