Great tool

What I like the most is the ease of getting around

What I do not like about Ujet is that it's slow sometimes.

Ujet helps with getting in touch with clients.
Does the job...and does it well !
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates natively with the platform we use, which makes it a breeze running it accross our whole Customer Support operation. It's a daily workhorse, reliable and effective in managing interactions with clients.
Real time reporting and monitoring is also a must-have on our side...and it's there, always.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to say on this I'm afraid, my experience is mostly positive, being easy to implement and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles a massive amount of daily interactions without us having to worry about how to manage them, it is just there reliably and along the way providing data for voice and chat channels real time.

Easy and friendly to use specifically for first time users
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, message don't send. When trying to enter a text, It disappers and you will need to reopen another window as substitute

I really like the statuses, I like that it can connect with Kustomer, I like its ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
the little box is not expandable so I have to get very close to the screen

it doesn't let me expand the conversation and it doesn't let me open the images, instead it downloads them and because of the company, it doesn't let me view the downloaded files
Ujet: A first hand user's point of view
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new feature where in we can easily choose the geo for transfer call. For me it's better that way
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. I am liking my overall experience with Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications. It is very easy to have a conference call for upto three parties on the line. Call transfers made eay as well. Also, when trying to make a phone call you will be ask fisrt if the new call is assosciated with the existing ticket or not.
The mix of all the necessary items for an agent
What do you like best about the product?
Everything that you need for your work is on one tab, I can manage all the other stuff in another tab which makes my production easier. It helps me keep track of the messages and the time for the customer waiting time and experience. It lets me see my ratings and it is my main work tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can have some minor glitches, but is not that common, once in a while

Having the chats and the calls on the same page

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about UJET is the quick response the provide when it comes to customer service, also the excelent service they provided interactions after interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, could be the limited user intrface, I know it is a real serious company but it needs to expand its sources to regular customer, meaning non-business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting when it comes to engineering, software and other tools.

Limited availability in some regions: UJET is not yet available in all regions. This could be a concern for businesses with global operations.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is a customer experience platform that I like for its omnichannel approach, which allows integrating different communication channels in one place. Its advantages include an easy-to-use interface, ability to personalize the customer experience and analytics tools to improve service. In addition, its flexibility and scalability are strengths that stand out in the customer service arena.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users may find that UJET's pricing structure or the limitations of specific functions are aspects that could be improved. As with any platform, there may be certain aspects that some users may find less favorable depending on their specific needs or expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET allows me to streamline and improve customer service by providing multiple communication channels. It solves problems related to fragmentation of customer interactions across different platforms, improving the overall customer experience. In my case, it benefits me by providing a consolidated and efficient system to manage queries seamlessly across multiple channels, enabling smoother interactions and better support.

I love that Ujet is really amazing at the moment of contacting people around the world, is easy to use and is perfect for the company where I work, I can contact my customers at any time and there is always an excellent quality in every interaction. I recommend Ujet.

I don't have any negative to say about it.

With Ujet we contact our customers and we are able to solve their problems no matter where they are located and we also allow them to choose the way they us to communicate with them.
