Amazing and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy it's simplicity and limited technicalities

UJET assists with templates for my daily live interactions saving me time and keeping my KPIs where I need them to be

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using Ujet is that it is very easy to use. I love how each auxes have a different color that helps me remember what my aux is and help me not go over my aux. And also it makes my work easier with transferring to a different line of business because you only need to choose which department you will be transferring the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Ujet for almost a year and so far i did not experience any difficulties by using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a very helpful phone tool and it helps me to do inbound and outbound phone call to provide excellent customer experience
Ujet was easy to navigate and very easy to understood.

when we are experiencing some error, it is most likely easy to troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes time to load. nothing at all aside from this one.

New and user friendly UJET Update, including UI!! Must try!
What do you like best about the product?
Newest update of UI makes our comfortability increase when using the software. Because of the new update it helps us to give different options on where we could transfer our customer call if necessary. By doing this update regularly will help us to reach out to our customer efficiently. Good job UJET!! make this update frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes UJET has a bug on the app wherein the waiting time of the customer stucks at 1. But I think that's normal that the UJET has a bug. In terms of the connectivity and performance, I can't say nothing but thank you for the great software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET solves our problem by doing a great update and regulary monitoring the performance of their application. With these it solves the problem between the connection and system issues on the UJET. Helps a lot by doing this, makes our customer feel satisfied and taken care of.

The interface is very interactive and the system itself has very many great features in addition together with the instatnt support team readily available

There are some lag at times which are not good

The issue with an error that says notifications are being blocked even though it's enabled, which prevents agents to switch to available aux.

So far UJET has helped me manage my time and helps me monitor my performance at work.
What do you like best about the product?
Having an accurate timekeep help me monitor my performance. Not only that it helped me a lot when I had a salary dispute [our company has it's own timestamping tool and it's unreliable. UJET helped me a lot since it has never failed me on my timestamps compared to the one our company use
What do you dislike about the product?
With the most recent update on the UI switching between calls is a lot more tedious since I have to navigate to 2 different screens just to get to where I can put my caller on hold. Not only that with the current UI when you switch auxes it covers up the aux timer, it's only a minor gripe but I want to be exact on my time.

Timekeep, call monitoring, performance metrics and call transfers

It is too user friendly and easy to navigate. Too simple and amazingly accurate.

I don't have any issues yet with UJET, everything is awesome.

When it comes on supporting customer, this one is too easy to navigate and user friendly too.
The best phone tool in town!
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very compatible and user friendly. I'm a newbie in a call center but UJET was very helpful for me to have an easy job.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I'm more than happy to have this tool as part of my daily job.

When I am about to take calls, UJET is fast as I expected. No lags and meet all the requirements as the tool for my work.
Better communication using this modernized version of UJET making my work even more efficient.

I like how convenient it is when I'm logging in and its new version makes my work more efficient and making it a better tool as a customer support representative. I highly recommend this tool as one of the best tool in communication in Business processing companies. Overall, It is a great experience using the product so far.

None, because it is very convenient for me and very helpful on my work

It provides a good experience in terms of the easy to use platform where us, customer service representatives loves how convenient it is.
