Fantastic UJET
What do you like best about the product?
This is very Customer support-friendly and easy to navigate. I use it daily since it is one of the tools we use to engage most customer

No words I can say dislike this UJET that is because this tool works made easily catch the phone calls we receive.

we are dealing with customers this software or tools helps to answer the concerns of the customer
Excellent and Effective Ujet!
What do you like best about the product?
Since I am a Customer Representative and using this amazing platform. This was very inconvenient to use specially when I have an interaction with my customers it really helps me to provide a efficient and excellent customer service! It also offers a both voice and chat system to manage customers inquiries and concern that is very amazing! My experience on this from the start that I use this was good and one of a kind!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really had a great experience using this platform I just want to say that there is no problem at all that the first time that i used this platform! , This was very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there was an customer that wanted a call since ujet has also for a chat there are some customer that was preffered to call that is why they are cotacting us via call and it benefits me to explain and educate the customers on their concern.

Its easy to tap the Holding time pressing button.
There is a lot of categories like when you try out bound call there is a lot of Tab or category that you have to press first before you call and drop the call.

It gives me a lot of time to rest doing my work.
Great Platform For Call Centers
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is great because the pop up window is very beneficial when multitasking. It is very easy to place the customer on hold and keep their card information safe with redacting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent experienced any downsides when using ujet

UJET is helping us solve customers inquiries with our website and placing orders

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with Ujet team. Customer Success team is listening to our issues and doing their best to help. Support is also very reactive and helpful

Some functionalities missing, especially when it comes to Sales, and to the Salesforce integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about Ujet is that you can monitor your calls and auxes. As an agent, Ujet helps me a lot to be productive at work. You can properly hold your callers, and aside from that, you can prepare your next aux while you're still on the call so that after your call, it will automatically change to the aux you've chosen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that had least with ujet because for me its feature is perfect and pefect to us in any instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best that I most like ujet is that it help me to be more productive. By the help of this platform it maximize my skills and gain hardwork. I am a customer service representative and one of my skilling is doing outbound calls. With the help of ujet it really easy to communicate and reach out the customer with confidence.
I like Ujet very much since it is very easy to navigate and use.

What I like the most about using Ujet is that, even though you are not tech-savvy, it is very easy to navigate. When it comes to the sounds while interacting with customers, they are clear and there are no delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, honestly, the old version of Ujet makes me confused when I'm on a conference call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Ujet as a soft phone, so instead of using and buying a physical phone, it is very beneficial that we have the Ujet that we can use every day for daily interaction with customers.
As a customer service representative i use Ujet daily for me to assist the caller.

As a prequent user of Ujet I've never experience any issue so far and It really help me to do my job properly, it's really easy doing transfer call and outbound call, I also love the color in every auxes.

I don't dislike Ujet. I really found Ujet helpful for everyday work.

Ujet has made my life so easy compare to other tools that I have used before, I can easily switch to different auxes, for 2 years here in my current company I must say that I never experienced any major problem with ujet that would affect my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
before We we're struggling to locate the outbound conversation especially the recordings for training and quality purposes, but now it has been updated and everything should be good now and smooth

My work requires a multiskilling, We sometimes assigned to emailing, something we answered phone calls and some are providing support through chat. With that being said We have a lot of means of providing customer support
