What do you like best about the product?
It automatically answers the call that gives real time support
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has technical issue especially when accessed in 2 different browser

It helps us assist our customer real time

What do you like best about the product?
For me is the way we communicate with our customers. Because not all BPO tools can do 3 way calls, and also the auxes is already in there while calling you can change your aux unlike other BPO tools there's a separate tools for aux change.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only issue that i encounter with ujet is when i do an outbound call and it takes too long to connect to the customers. Another thing is the AHT is not that accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using UJET to resolve our customers issue that is about car rental. We're helping our Guest which is the renter of the vehicle and we also help our Host which is the person who owns the vehicle.

Easily saw the suvery of the customer and changing aux.

I dont have any dislike of UJET using UJEt is all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the customer is contacting us and we easily pull the account of the caller which we made a easy tasks to do when we are verifying the caller or the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great that the supervisors can monitor their agents auxes and calls real time. For agents it is great because the tool is straightforward and not complicated to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a problem using Ujet. It is a really great tool to use for your business. Keep it up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is helping us resolve our customers concern timely may it be calls, email or chat. It is one of our main tool here in our business. Never had any problem with it.
Simple yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The software is unexpectedly simple to use, understand and navigate, it's compact yet powerful. The integration with other software is seemles and provides no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is something that I am yet to discover. The more I use ujet the Easier it becomes, actively looking for things I dislike but so far it is living upto all the standards I've been expecting

Ujet allows the business to connect to multiple departments and individuals withing the company, this saves time and makes life a lot easier when needing to transfer or reach another department

What do you like best about the product?
A big help because you can more easily find your status at work and you can see your login time. It will not be difficult and it will make it easier to use and make work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs but you just need to refresh it to be ok again. But overall there is not much problem in using it because it is easier to use and super helpful to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it help me to communicate well with my customers and the line is clear. It is easy to access and it makes me more productive. Also it makes my performance good.

Tool is very simple and efficient. Management and reporting is easy with the interface.

It can be better if we can have sorting on all columns in queue management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making my daily reports, the pleasant interface, the speed with which it delivers scheduled reports, the states in which I can see the agents when they change their skills

The truth is that there is very little that I don't like about Ujet, I think the main thing is the change from Excel to Googlesheets and the security verification is sometimes difficult to perform

Entries, exits, breaks, meal, bathroom, interactions, permits, reports, schedules, metrics, statistics of each agent daily, weekly, monthly and annually, while working with us
New Generation Reliable UJET
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very helpful when it comes to monitoring and extracting reports or data since the tool have it all. Everything you need, UJET is the main tool you can rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike on with the tool since I haven't encountered any issues using UJET. The tool is very reliable and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of UJET, I can easily determine agent's auxes, monitor their calls, check data reports with their everyday interaction while on shift and it really helps me a lot since all filters and each tab uses are all in the UJET tool.
