Life changing
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life much easier here at work. It is easy to make outbound calls and the notification that I receive whenever there is an inbound call gives me time to prepare for my opening spiel. Very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there is some internal issues that can be prevented. But these issues are something that does not have any huge impact in my productivity at work so nothing big to worry about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has good interface that makes my calls easier to handle. The auxes available are very useful. It also shows the time on how long I have used each auxes, in that way, it prevents overbreaks and overlunches.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is very convenient to use in our work. It is also helpful in our job because, using this Ujet, we have ways to communicate our customers concerns and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I am enjoying the features that Ujet has to offer in our daily work. So as of this moment, I haven't seen anything to dislike about using this. So I'm in love with this Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates our chat with every customer's, as well as our punches at breaktime,lunch, meeting,coaching,training and even if we have techinal issue on our monitor

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The color coding for each tag is amazing. That makes the Ujet more fun to use. On top of that, the labeling for each tag is well written and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of this moment. Everything looks good on me. It works everything for everyone for our daily lives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is part of our daily lives in the office. It lets our workforce management see our status accurately and make sure that we sync it to our daily schedules. Awesome as always.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about UJET is it is easy to navigate and it can also let us choose of what will be our next status during call especially if it is queueing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about UJET is when sometimes, there is an issue or a glitch happened on the UJET and sometimes as well, it is much loading to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps when I cannot pull up the caller's information from the Kustomer and the number on the UJET is somewhat helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Timing is important in this type of field. It all depends on how you behave in terms of keeping to your work schedule. The thing about UJET that I appreciate best is how simple yet useful it is to use, and how well-designed the features are. I adore the colors that each auxe is represented by, and it really brightens up sometimes gloomy days. With this all-in-one tool, you can keep track of your statistics, establish connections, and engage in social activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, each tool has its own shortcomings; for the time being, technology is not without problems. Out of all the wonderful features I've listed, my least favorite aspect of UJET is that occasionally, due to technical issues, it can be confusing. However, with the aid of our experts, we were able to rapidly fix the problem and carry on with our duties. People need to carry out their duties and accept the reality of the instruments of the trade, thus, I believe this is a chance we can always seize and relate to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We cannot ignore an innovation's shortcomings. We are all aware that our contemporary culture is accustomed to a fast-paced phenomenon that constantly tries to keep up with advancement. UJET is one of them, and because of the work schedule and other obligations we have as part of our responsibilities, UJET is very good at problem-solving. It's advantageous to me in that it provides me with the chance to conduct myself professionally and adhere consistently to rules of behavior. UJET is quite useful in resolving this type of issue because, as they indicated, tiny problems can grow into huge ones if left unattended.

UJET as a great working tool
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is excellent for use. Auxes are simple to select by just dropping down the possibilities. Additionally, I may look through the call logs I have in my previous caller. The minutes and hours I am working are also visible to me. You can check to see if quieng is present.In fact, I can see if a customer is phoning. Additionally, UJET gives you adequate time to get ready before taking a call from a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there should be a choice that allows you to off the availability rather than just logging out. Sometimes it takes time before you can log in. Lastly when choosing the right aux sometimes the auxes is not popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In fact, UJET assists me in making outgoing calls to both the host and the guest to get clarification on certain details or to request further information. We can also handle two calls at once using UJET.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I can say is that UJET today is more perfectly used for the BPO industry because of real-time surveys. As a CSR in the BPO industry, I currently need to pass my metrics, especially for the CSAT/Good survey. It makes me feel creditable for my effort to give excellent service on our call. Being appreciative of having a good survey benefits both parties. And one thing as well is that we have visibility to check our surveys. With visibility on our end, it's more helpful for us if we need to make a double effort or if our good survey is not good enough to pass on our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know technology today is not very consistent. We understand that sometimes Ujet does not work for some reason. The only thing that I dislike in Ujet is just an AHT, which is sometimes not too accurate but gives us visibility to check how long my calls are. Ujet is almost perfect and highly recommended for use in the BPO industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, having a real-time survey has given me reasons to pass my metrics since CSAT. The good survey is one of compliance. And having a good survey in real time makes me benefit from receiving incentives, which is very helpful for us.
