Simple but elegant
What do you like best about the product?
Toggling with different auxes is easy and reliable. Color coding of each auxes making it easy to determin. Using it to search for the right deaprtment to transfer to is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sarting it is a bit of a pain, it loads up a bit slow. Using it inside an app to make outbound calls will automatically create a ticket which makes the process tideous when it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing auxes is always easy because auxes is color coded, making outbound calls is also smooth and transferring calls to correct department. Going back and fort from 1st to 2nd line is a breeze as well

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is super beginner user friendly. People that is involved in creating Ujet did a really great job. Aside from the voice quality is better than any other system but it’s more reliable and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slow, it takes time to load and its frustrating since there is time that our shift is less than 5 minutes away but Ujet takes sometime to load. Sometimes it can be a little wonky or do some weird things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can help customers with ease and quick connection. It's also extremely easy to multitask on other sites to help customers more. Ujet interface is a lot begginer friendly compare to others.
New update of UJET is amazing yet has some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
With the newest update of the UJET, it gives us an insight of how much we are avail on the calls that we got in. The color scheme is good and the new features are good as well. This includes the categorized feature that you can do especially if you need to transfer the call to one of your department. It also helps us "customer support" to make a efficient workload. Especially you need to go on avail. Having a new update makes our job easier. Implementing a frequent update will help the business g row.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the new update sometimes it has some bugs wherein the waiting caller is not actually real. Also, you have to navigate deeply enough to find the outbound call that you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is solving the problems of the customers it helps the customer to reach out to us since me as a Call Center Agent, UJET helps to establish stable connection between me and the customers around the globe! UJET benefits me in a way that I can easily reach out to different customers when needed to, also it can tell you who you are talking with. Solving this kind of concerns by establishing connection with UJET helps me to learn more and expand my skills and knowledge by providing customer service with the help of UJET.

The Ujet tool is useful in many ways for your call center needs.

Ujet is straightforward and easy to use even for first-timers. I really like the simple design, yet very efficient to use. I'd likely recommend this to my collegues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Ujet is working as it should. Some improvements on the latency side will be of help. Also, Ujet sometimes disconnects, but for only a short while. This is somehitng the devs can work on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite simple to use, and I like how many functions the developers managed to pack into a single product that is far easier to use and maintain than other CRMs. Finding what you're looking for doesn't take too many clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its tendency to become stuck occasionally makes sense for a web-based utility. However, it shouldn't do that for easy tasks like perusing person lists. Additionally, the reporting tool has to be improved. While it works excellent overall, there are situations where it offers incomplete information and there is no other method to obtain the information you are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has been my go-to agency for phone calls. It has operated flawlessly when I've dealt with outgoing calls and system status changes for various occasions. Regarding usage and appearance, there are no worries. As far as efficiency goes, it has never caused any issues. In general, I enjoy Ujet. I think it's simple to use and I enjoy how it interacts with Kustomer. It would be a fantastic program if it didn't freeze and malfunction so frequently!
