An excellent app! Smoother than any of your smoothie!
What do you like best about the product?
Latency is minimal. User-friendly. Smooth use for tracking auxes.

As of the moment, I like ujet as it is as I haven't encountered any problems yet.

Helps tracking our auxes. Saves time of tracking auxes instead of manual.

Ujet is helpful and easy to used.It's a friendly tool that every agents can used easily.

I don't have anything to say about this tool. Just what I've said a useful and helpful tool that us a Call Center agents.

Managing the call and were able to check how long is our call

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very simple and intuitive, you can change your status and the agent statuses in a very easy way. Monitoring the agents is intuitive and you don't need to study the platform a lot to know how to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is slow, and takes a while to refresh the agents current status. Reducing the loading time will definetely make the difference and increase the productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps the operation by allowing the quality analysts to check the live interactions. This allows me to be more productive because that way we can identify risk factors before they become a behavior.

It is very slow at generating reports when there is a new to chek on the agents performance

Very user-friendly. I've been using UJET for months and I can say that tool is easy to use.

There is no loading time at UJET. You can easily login and logout in just a few seconds without worrying about being late.

Based on my experience, I haven't encounter any of latency or issues using UJET

What i like most in using Ujet is easy to use and user friendly.The interface is very lite which means for is very easy to navigate.It helps me provide best customer service even in under pressure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont find any difficulty in using the ujet because its easy to used.The label of each information of the custumer is also easy to read that is why its help me to find the proper information easily.

In using Ujet i find it easy because all the informations needed is already in the system compare if you are using IVR specially In transferring calls to other department.

What do you like best about the product?
It shows the information I need and it is easy to read it and download the details is very helpful for me with the activities and reports I need to do on the daily basics

For my experience it was a delay for about ten seconds when I see the Agents console for any LOB I am consulting or If I need to download details appearently doesn't show it

We can see details on real time that help us to take decisions more quick and also more effective and get the actions plans prepare to have a good performance numbers
