What do you like best about the product?
ujet is really helpfull due to is its interface is really easy to navigate, the way we can pick interactions or transfer them is so simple, certainly ujet results to be easy for new hires
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes ujet got stuck and does not create a new case so we should refresh it or even create a new case manually,
I consider ujet can be faster and more efficient if get some updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
through out the time ujet has been doing some updates in the platform to improve the the connection, which is not being taken into consideration is that we do not have the way to transfer to other lenguages queue

What do you like best about the product?
As an CSR, what I like in UJET is having fast and easy navigating buttons while managing the site which has many AUXes to choose like available, meeting, training, etc. It really helps us to give service to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike UJET because it is very a friendly user for agents like me. It's not really a bad platform that can be recommended to other companies and also my friends working in a BPO company might help them soon during working hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET benefits me to talk and stay connected to all our customers at all times. The problem when customer and I got disconnected during call, it is east for me to make outbound calls because of easy navigating buttons to manage for a callback. It benefits me to resolves customers concerns with through voice, chat, and email, depends on how I navigate it. It benefits me to have an easy work-life balance in resolving customers request and satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet's interface allows you to do all your business with major understanding and familiarity. This tool is great at the moment to attend to customers and do phone functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet should allow sending and receiving images during the call, that way will improve customers' experiences at the moment of troubleshooting any issues. Also, noise cancellation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major concern I've experienced with ujet is at the moment of receiving or sending emails during live interactions. It should allow sending and receiving sms/emails during a live interaction

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very easy to use, access and manage. You can contact customers via phone and chat and when it comes to usage, it doesn't need a long training to know the features. It's very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of the program. It would be nice if there's more customization features or choices such as dark mode. However, overall, Im very satisfied with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps me with my daily interactions with the customer through phone calls and chat. It also consolidate with other platforms that we used in contact center.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about UJET is the friendly interface, it does not show more complex that can make out mind confuse while assisting customer. It has a more ease of use features , like transferring the customer to another department than the old ones.

We can manage our support for the customer in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there is no problem or there is nothing i didn't like in this application because it gives us convenicency in receiving call. I dont have to suggest any impovements because for me it serves its purpose and this is a stable app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is easy to use, when in time of pressure and workload while talking to a customer, ujet show all information of the customer you needed for example the registered name and phone number, in a simplest way, not like the other app it looks like complicated. It reduce our confusion in looking of the information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Very comfortable and easy to use, and I really love to use it in every time in my work , also everything is already there and you will not be confused on how to navigate the tools and it really great to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike is sometimes there is some bugs and issues regarding for the delay and also there is a slightly dislike in the colors but everything was fine and will continue to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is helping me to solved the issues of the caller and communicate well with them and also to provide them a proper resolution to the customer. and also to provide accurate information all througgh out of the business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it was so user friendly. It aslso has a lot of features that you can check on. Transferring a call is so much organized as well. You just need to know which department you are looking for and it gives you a direct line all the way to the right support to contact too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is the delay, there is sometimes a delay when it comes to receiving a call and also changengin auxes. But this was also can be tolerated .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is great to used specially it helps me a lot when it come to the concern that I don't have info or out of my scope . I can easily get in touch with someone else and they also can help me and my caller in regards on their issue.
