UJET as a tool for forecasting incoming calls
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I really like about UJET is about utilizing the tagging of the current work that I need and also by being able to handle calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about UJET is that the buttons are really small and I hope they can speedup the platform or app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps me by notifying me or forecasts the predicted amount of calls for the day.
The ease of the UI.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy user interface is. Only a single training to agents, team leads, or the executives is always enough. Also I really admired how easy it was to embed it into several CRMs, according to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike on UJET. I rarely get any errors but if there is any, the CX team is always there to help us out, no matter the topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is solving several key problems for us. Firstly, UJET's flexibility allows us to seamlessly onboard new verticals as we expand our services. This benefit is particularly significant as we frequently go live with new verticals, and UJET's ease of use and adaptability simplify this process, saving us time and resources. Overall, UJET's solution enhances our customer service operations and supports our continuous growth efforts.

Ujet is solving customers inquiries and concern real time and it benefits us in a way to get in touch with the customers very easy and it's really very convinient to me
Amazing Work Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it has a good response speed. I love that we have the option to add a party while still having the main caller on the line. It's a really useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful if the wrap-up option was automatically set. Sometimes we go into the call and forget to pick the next status and after the call ends and go directly to the next call in line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really useful that as soon as we receive a call on ujet it automatically opens up the conversation in kustomer. It saves us time in trying to find the conversation and then providing assistance to the guest or host.
Excellent Corporate Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Is helpful because it is very fast and does not consume a lot of Internet connection and Computer resources, it has also a variety of status to make your day-to-day smooth, and very convenient for Corporate use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have the option to put yourself in "wrap-off" automatically after a call or chat or give you a 5-second window warning before it goes to the other interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage my day-to-day interactions effectively, it has a user-friendly interface, it can be easily integrated with other systems such as KUSTUMER and it is perfect for chat and voice interactions.

Easy to use and never have issues hearing customers on the phone.

Sometimes there's a glitch and the call will have a ringing but you can still hear the cx.

The easy way to use it, sometimes the colors on Ujet changed but now is more easier to identify wich one we need to use
Ujet the Cleanest and Fastest cloud contact center platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI so much, so clean and simple yet fully-featured and the way it's integrated with Kustomer is so seamless feels like the same platform also the states are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but I wish there was a dark mode for the UI or maybe more customization options and there is an issue that rarely happens that sometimes it goes unavailable for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a very reliable tool and very dependable and it solves the issues that we experienced before using Ujet with Avaya for example was unreliable and very ugly UI compared to this beauty
