What do you like best about the product?

UJET's interface is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Chats disappear sometimes and abruptly end and doesnot count under solved contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and track the user performance.

What do you like best about the product?
IT IS USER-FRIENDLY, I Love that we can transfer a call and chat with a third party. We can have a seamless conversation with other departments and take care of the customer in one call
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound or alert when a call is incoming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the stats that are displayed, it helps me stay on track with my coworkers, and track my improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is very responsive when there are technical issues, and technical issues are few and far between. We requested a feature on the reporting end, and they made changes for us which were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, there is a technical issue that there is no explanation for, and is difficult to recreate. We do always get troubleshooting tips when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration with our CRM, and very detailed reporting, documentation to help us learn about new features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Ujet has multiple functions, phone and chat. This helps keep all interaction within one widget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that when a customer calls and hangs up before you answer it, it is classified as a delta missed call.

Call backs, there is no clear indication that you are calling the client back.

Call transfers, it only provides a first name of the agent you are transferring too and if you work in big organziation with people who have the same name it is difficult to identify the invidual you are transferring the call to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, they are attempting to identify the issues with missed vs delta calls with support agents. This will help all support agents identify what they can do better to answer calls within their company SLA

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for customer service. Their support team tries to help with almost every issue. You can monitor reports easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we should see the error type or error code.

I can monitor my team's productivity and take action immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a UJet user for about a year and a half now. I've experienced a different type of software that allows you to communicate with your customers via chat and phone before, but I will tell you that Ujet makes all other software experiences incomparable.

Ujet you are able to clearly hear your customer when you have a phone conversation. When you are experiencing chat, you are able to reprogram the shortcuts that you will want to use to better suit your conversation with your customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that after 4 hours you have to refresh your Ujet so that it doesn't log you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues that Ujet has solved for our customer service base - the ability to fully clearly hear the customer when you are on a call. The fact that process to make a call is very easy with the big digits and clear words

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using UJET past nine months, but I have hardly faced any issues with it. Ujet works very smoothly, and it is very reliable. It shows our daily performance and helps us to improve our skills. It also helps me with the best statements that can be used to assist a customer quickly. My overall experience with UJET past nine months was really great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have issues with UJET rarely. Sometimes the AUX gets changed to unavailable automatically, which affects our performance and adherence, and when I get a new chat, the UJET sometimes gets stuck, and we have to refresh the whole tab resulting in a loss of saved data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps us to assist customers and get their issues resolved quickly. The call quality of UJET is also excellent; it allows us to speak with our customers efficiently. It saves our time and encourages us to work more.
