Awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can chat and while on a call at the same time.

Nothing everything is good in the ujet and quality of voice call.

It's very easy to use and also it helps all the agents to manage their calls and change the status of each agent.

Sometimes there is an error in Ujet but most of the time Ujet is very to use

What do you like best about the product?
So aside that it is very user friendly, it is also easy to navigate for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets disconnected when there's a system bug. So I am giving it a nine instead of 10 to have more room for improvement. Way to go, UJET!

We use UJET primarily to get connected with our customers.

View Format and how easy it is to access and very helpful pertaining to the line of business that we have. Very efficient and accommodating also easy to access.

Ujet is very easy to use and very user-friendly, the color scheme is not eye-soring. A super cool tool for business

Mainly assisting our clients concerns, and even if there are a lot of phone calls in the queue UJET is not malfunctioning not even slowing down, Very Efficient.

I like it because it's easy to use and it's a great support to count your time at work

I have nothing bad to say about it. As I said before, this is the best tool I use at work

Super Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to work with it. I've tried other apps or programs and they were so hard, but UJET has been the best one. This tool, also allows you to see how long you've been on any status
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load but I think it's because of the internet connection. And sometimes the page closes by itself, and sometimes does not show the calls that are waiting to be taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to remember the time when I'm on break or lunch, to receive my payment because the company I work for counts my hours through UJET. Also, let me know how long I've been in any task.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use different aux went it is required, easy to log in, and easy to shift to the other chats, one-click response, and easy to transfer for the concerned team, which is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is no dislike of ujet, but in some rare cases, we get skip chat after we have a good network; sometimes, when we try to check stats from our end, it won't open.
