What do you like best about the product?
Its fastness, I use Ujet every day and I really like working with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unique thing I do not like about Ujet is that it does not have noise suppression.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet resolves almost every problem in my everyday workout.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really great tool to work tasks taking calls and chats. With this tool, we can handle the way that we give service to our customers. Also, we can manage the time that we take with every interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we are taking calls we don't have noise suppression and that's something pretty inconvenient when you are speaking with a client. Also, sometimes the platform get frozen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way that we communicate with our customers. We are able to handle the time that we take in our interactions and transfer the calls to other departments in the company.

The transfers are not clear. When we transfer it go to another deparment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ujet is that it is easier than other apps. Ujet helps me to bring great service to my customers. Ujet let me work fast and I can change the aux so fast. The calls are amazing and the customers can hear me so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really feel disagree with Ujet, for me is great and awesome, and easy to use. I have excellent calls and I can work so well. Ujet is an important app and makes my days terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps me to resolve the issue that the customer has with the app that is using. I can educate our customers and bring great service. All the time they need a lot of help for that reason Ujet makes my days easier.

What do you like best about the product?
That helps me to track my agents, monitor them in real time, and help me to get the tickets. It makes me change their status and log them out if they have energy issues. Good quality when we are listening to the calls and is very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like UJET, from my point of view, we do not have any inconvenience with it. I would like Ujet to record the calls and provide the report in an easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me to get a report about the activities my agents has been on and helps me put to compare it. Also when they have an issue with their computer helps me to change their status

What do you like best about the product?
As a customer support representative I really like UJET, its easy to change the aux, the page is so fast, and practically there are no loading times, the call system is really good and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is a little bit simple, literally, my main page is only 4 buttons, it is not really something bad, it's just a little bit too simple but it doesn't affect anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps me when I need to call some customer, take a live chat, or receive calls and I can even check at the end of the day how many calls and chats I took and how many surveys the customers write for me. I can check the average time per call too.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate to the appropriate aux when working, taking a meal, breaks, and/or preparing for meetings; there are other auxes to use for work as well. The option to add a call and/or transfer is a straightforward process that allows you to select from various in-house teams. I can hear my customers very clearly with my headset or laptop. Ujet will offer you with daily stats set up by your company, such as customer metrics and hold times, and compare them to the rest of your team. So you see your daily scores versus the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My calls and/or chats have sometimes been dropped but not very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists me in interacting with my consumers in order to assist them with their problems. Ujet is the tool that I use to help with and resolve my customers' issues. The sound is extremely clear.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is easy to use from an agent standpoint by working directly the web browser. User interface is very intuative and easy to train. Creating queues is also very simple and does not take much technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the agent window works from a web browser, whenever an issue is presented it is required to delete cache and cookies, effectively logging out of every internal tool used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is making a small company call center easy to set up, update and maintain. It has an easy interface for agent to use and troubleshoot if necessary. The cost is also very reasonable.
