What do you like best about the product?
Easy, user-friendly method of contact for customer service agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you switch tabs for a moment to work on another project , it may put you on unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have not submitted any issues that need to be resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is easy to learn and easy to use, the way it converges with other work tools to make everything more agile is exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything negative in my experience using Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet offers great solutions for time management within our production processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for phones and chats. Can assist more than one customer at once when doing chats
What do you dislike about the product?
Chats come in if you're available instead of accepting them like phone calls

Splits calls and chats between the people who are available instead of answering them back to back

What do you like best about the product?
UJET has been very helpful in ensuring that all previous contacts are logged properly and easily combine with other found contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see it have a warning before it does its sign out at 10 pm CST.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me ensure that all of my records are kept in order so when I need to resolve disputes, I have a clear timeline of events.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its fast and reliable and you can see through the status of your next tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its sometimes logged especially when you tagged it on another browser

This is what we use as a soft phone to receive an inbound and outbound call.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using ujet are that it allows for any kind of interaction that you can think of. It helps me to get in contact with the company and external clients that might need help
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt really allows you to control or update other agents as management. It has its interface but i would say that they can try to do a better job on implementing different tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is actually very benefitial for me to use this software since it gives a lot of tools that could be polished of course such as managing your team but other than that it brings a lot of business since i started using it

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is simple to use, efficient and allows us to see the status of another agents. I love it that we have the chance to choose the ringtone and there is also a delay when picking up the calls, so we can prepare to start talking and adjust the headset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not ring and requires specific cache cleaning, which makes it not so easy to use without specific instructions from the team. Additionally, it does not alert the agents when we are actually making a call back, and it would be a nice improvement.
Transfers could also be easier, we should be able to type in the name of the team or specific agent we need to transfer to.
Additionally, we get stuck on after call work status easily, and there could be an improvement to allow us to be available again automatically after some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the communication need between clients and agents, making it easy to use the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Their UX makes their platform very easy to use. The overall look is fresher than other outdated platforms used today. Their live dashboard metrics are dynamic and you are able to filter data as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are universal and don't go down on a 'per IVR' basis. This makes it a little challenging when you are supporting multiple brands under the same instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot simpler setting up your call center, business hours, IVRs, settings, etc than past platforms. Once you are set up properly, it's very easy to manage your team and users.

Easy to use, great tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using this tool since it has all the features needed to obtain data and control call queues. Our agents can also transfer people to other support teams, as well as internally. It's easy to train people on how to use it since it's such a user-friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would mention is to check the missed calls. Sometimes when you pick up a call within the last seconds before the time expires, it takes you to a missed call status, even if the call was answered which could affect your metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pull our data on call monitoring from this platform. We can see exactly how many people are available, how many calls are waiting and measure our service levels.
