Best Web Call Center System Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is great for setting IVR's. Their Virtual Agent is also very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Ujet so there is nothing that is dislike

Ujet helps us with our Call center its superfast and supports the CRM system we use.

the stats button, that's so helpful. I can see what's my stats

the tone and the when the call is connected, it's not matching

Less to almost no downtime when using the application; on the plus side, it is eye-warming and pleasing to the eyes, and there's bucketing, which is workable

It does not show how it calculates the matrix, and also, when downloading offline data, data is always scattered for each day

updates wise, i'm not updates as to what was being updated or is done updating

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to use and also to understand. As an interface is very interactive. The great way to change auxes is really flexible. There is no comparhison.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is perfect. No, everything is good to go. No, there are no such cases. It is perfect as it is, no need for changes. Nowhere is amazing, no complaints whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps to identify what I'm carrying on while I'm at my workplace. Ujet is really helpful to avoid misunderstanding. Yes, of course. It has improved 100%, which is unbelievable.
Nice and smooth, with not many downsides
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is really helpful, keeping tracks of agents, keeping tracks of your own statuses, doesn't really have many issues, it is a very amazing system and very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET is really good and pleasant to use, but it's loading time seems to escalate exponentially with slow nets, sometimes my net is slow but I am able to access most workplace resources, however, as for UJET, it may take over 30 minutes for me to be able to log in and change status, which creates inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping and changing statuses, very easy to understand and interact with. Taking chats is very useful and smooth, no pressure felt and very comfortable interface.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to access all services from one place if the need to make a lot of moves and be able to change the Odds e asilo

Sometimes at first it's a little complicated and it takes a while to charge but it works perfectly in general.

The ability to really see if I can verify my time dedicated to work and be able to see my activity and perceive my work performance.

Easily handle calles, transfer and such.

There is really nothing I currently dislike on the software. Maybe thinking luxury, a method to choose the ring tone to use for incoming contacts.

I don't really see any problems currently with your software.

Usability: when I need to contact clients via chat or call, can do it without any problem. UJET allows us to contact different clients without delay and provide solutions to their problems.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily track our agents. Easily navigate and friendly interface.

None for now. All of the features are great

We could easily identify what is the status of our agent.
Ujet is great! It has different colors and is really easy to use!.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like is the colors, and is really easy to use, is like having a real phone on your computer, whenever I need to do a phone call or I get one is really easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I need to transfer a call to another department, it got frozen a little bit, also sometimes when it does log in even if I enter my correct username and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this application has been really easy to provide great customer service, since is an application easy to use. As a supervisor for me is easy to review the status of my teammates.
