What do you like best about the product?
It is very realistic software and you can utilize it from easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time it hangs but once you are in it will be alright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing and most probably while utilizing my aux.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, The interface is usable that shows the call status which helped me during working hours. Also, it fits with our internet speed very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that it needs to adjust technically at the time of connecting the headsets as sometimes it didn't catch if the headset is connected or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sounds of the calls are nice, and it doesn't require a fast internet connection. Also, the call status is usable and easy to identify. It helps me to receive the customer's calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us do outbound calls, and inbound calls so easily. Placing auxe during our shifts helps us organize our adherence. Very helpful and eye-friendly for the users to comprehend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow connection issues at some points. Sometimes it just logs out after a while of being idle which messes with the adherence data. Logging in and logging out issues.

Organizing the shifts so easily, and the auxes. Let us know what is the duration for each call, inbound or outbound. Makes us take care of the timings of each aux

Easy to take calls, transfer calls and even allow others to join a conference call. Gives timr before the call enters the queue so I have a chance to prepare for it
