What do you like best about the product?
The UI and the interface in general is very user friendly and easy to understand, the quality of each and every call is very smooth. The analytics given can also be very userful
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't set a status without a headset connected, which can be annoying because it's not needed for all roles, some members do not take calls from UJET However the yneed to set up a status

The ability to track login, take calls, extract reports and watch coverages

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can set my status and change it according to what I'm currently doing, also the integration with different platforms works very smoothly with no complications at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI design is kinda basic and needs a bit of new design, also if it can get a little bit more optimization for mobile and iOS devices will be nice along with an app control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to communicate with the customers of our business with ease, and the fact the it's easy to understand and pretty straightforward interface makes is very user friendly and not hard at all.
Ujet is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Ujet because Ujet is very easy to use, you can easily type the phone number using the keypad or copy and then paste the number also Ujet allows us to contact other customers while there are still online, also if you need to do something you can set your next status.
What do you dislike about the product?
the things that I don't like in Ujets are sometimes Ujet is just white/grey surface and it takes time to reload also sometimes Ujet doesn't accept the password that we input even if we input it correct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet solves our problem when we need to contact another customer to ask for information or ask for an update regarding their concerns. Ujet also lets us call both parties at the same time so we can solve the concern easily and the best benefit of Ujet is we don't need to end the call we just need to dial another customer and it saves a lot of time.

UJET is very easy to use and gets the job done very quickly!

It has a very small footprint on the system resources. Fast to launch and fast to perform actions.

It's a one-stop solution for handling inbound and outbound calls. Great whisper integration too!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ujet Call and Chat are easy to use and do not need complex processes to understand. It works well even if our system is new. I am recommending Ujet to my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet chat delays have been addressed. Thank you for fixing it. One thing I noticed with Ujet Chat and our new system is when a 2nd chat comes in, the customer's account and details will not show. I am not sure if this is because of our new system's compatibility with Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a significant factor in delivering quality service to our customers. Being able to communicate well with my customers. It provides a suitable venue for my customer and me to resolve their concerns.
Very easy and simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
easy calls, and very self-describing, much easier to do outbound calls, also helpful when it comes to auxes. Very clear call quality and strong network connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
someitmes errors during logging in, sometimes it takes to unavailable when left idle for a while which means no calls will come in. Can still improve the login issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ujet to take the incoming calls to our calls center and to call customers. We use Ujet to transfer calls to other departments as well. Calls has been great since we started using Ujset!
