Very easy and simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
easy calls, and very self-describing, much easier to do outbound calls, also helpful when it comes to auxes. Very clear call quality and strong network connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
someitmes errors during logging in, sometimes it takes to unavailable when left idle for a while which means no calls will come in. Can still improve the login issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ujet to take the incoming calls to our calls center and to call customers. We use Ujet to transfer calls to other departments as well. Calls has been great since we started using Ujset!
I've been using UJET for quite some time now and all is good with this tool and very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is reliable when it comes to delivering the needed channels for our customers, from inbound calls to outbound and even sending text messages. User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever the connection drops (not UJET's fault) that is the time we're having trouble re-connecting with the current call with UJET. All issues are manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET's been helpful for unresolved contact since it has a built-in feature for doing an outbound call just in case calls will be disconnected. SMS feature helps a lot too.
Friendly and easy to use. I love this app.

What do you like best about the product?
I already encountered a lot of tools that do the same thing with uJet. However, their difference is incomparable since uJet is more user-friendly, organized, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that, I cannot change my aux when I'm on chat every time I put it on wrap up when my outbound call already ended.

The algorithm in chat.

Count down for incoming call is the absolute best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dead air calls that come in it would be nice to know if someone was actually there. Leave the call back number on screen so we can use that to search for members.

It's helping us to be able to call back faster with the hang up call back button.

I like the ability to look up the information while listening to and making calls with everything at my fingertips on one screen.

This tool is new to me and because it makes my work more efficient I have not found anything I dislike about UJET

It is more efficient having the ability to make and review calls within the same system I work out of.
Ujet has been very user friendly and very responsive when help or support is needed.

Their Support. They reply very quickly and with helpful steps to resolve issues. Also the ability to customize what info you need and want with a customer dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have some issues at first with logins and compatibility with PCI systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is giving us better and more accurate reporting for our phone contact.

I don't think there is anything that bothers me, I see everything in perfect condition for now.
