Voicemail and Text features, along with it being able to record my time being at work

Its good so far. very useful and still getting a hang of it as the days goes by

Counts down when a call comes in making my job easier and I feel more prepared.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use the text portion of UJET. It would be so much easier once we get that going. Messaging members will be so much easier if they are in an area where they don't have good service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with members easier. Able to easily call and receive calls.
One of the best CRM platforms I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use and navigate UJET is. If you've been in the Cs industry for any amount of time you will quickly learn what you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything at this moment that I really dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage my daily contacts as well as keep up with any I have to follow up with.

Countdown prior calls coming in to prepare
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if UJET can be closed and automatically pops up whne calls or chats came in so it don't interfere working on Kustomer when in not working on an interaction in UJET

I am really not sure as of the moment.

I love that we can set the next status already while on the call and we can easily callback when a call got disconnected.

None so far. I love using it and I'm not encountering issues so far.

Making it easy for me to contact customers.
Because it does not work well with Macbook devices

The recordings of call can be played right after the call

The disconnected calls and the fact that you cant extend your wrap time without changing status

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. It is a very helpful and useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, I love everything about UJET. It's not giving me a hard time.

calls and chats
Keep It Simple, Silly.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple tool but it's also very intuitive and straightforward. The way to change aux is great and with setting up the next status. I like how it's done. Keep it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I see as a room for improvement is transferring calls and making outbound calls. Transfers can be confusing especially if the agent using it doesn't know what they're doing.

UJET helps us solve problems within our business by getting in touch straight with the clients. It is also a great tool for creating a great customer experience.

easy to use and user friendly. easy to change toggle

having a system error. sometimes it lag the system

they need to have a quicker IT support to fix the issue right away
Good but there is always room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a pretty intuitive application. It is customer friendly and easy to use. You can totally find out how to use it without needing someone to explaing it to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has crashed sometines. It might be from a system failure or an update that was not notify. It has closed a few times on me leaving me out of the system. Maybe getting a notification beforehand so we know there are going to be some updates and the system will be experiencing some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to take calls and chats from customers. I find that this is a very easygoing way to help people on the other side of the screen. Recently I found out there are shortcuts you can use for premade spiels which is a great way to streamline work.
