UJET is a great tool, well made and easy to understand its functions.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and efficacy of this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's something that makes it "unhelpful", but it could do some little asjustments regarding the transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has helped me communicate with clients and transfer them to the right department, so this benefits my production and consequently the company.
It's the best system there is but there's still room for improvements

You can easily track all you workables everything is user friendly.

A little delay sometimes but Its manageable.

Ujet solves all kinds of transactions It helps me to finish my work more efficiently.
It's very easy to use. You can learn how to use it in under 5 minutes. Best soft phone so far.

Very simple design. Less lags/errors. Best software phone that I've used compared to my previous tools from my previous companies.

None so far. Everything is good with the tool.

Solving latencies in UJET helps us assist our customers more effecient and effectively.
It's simple and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
That's easy to use, it's not hard to understand how it works. Not complicated at all. One of the best things about UJET is that it rarely stops working and that doesn't interrupt your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes when you are in the middle of live interaction with a customer, and it takes time to get back to normal. We have to make the customer wait a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps with tracking the activity of a worker in a company, you can know if they're working, on break, on a meal or other status. My business performance has increased and helps me manage my time while working.

There is no easy option for CS to get to their month-to-date KPIs.

I like that UJET is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. There are hardly any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it fits on the screen and it's not very customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works a lot faster. It makes it easy to navigate between more than one chat. I also love the notes feature

What do you like best about the product?
The note taking section is so much easier now that I do not have to notate Kustomer. I can just copy & past from UJET to backoffice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure the correct disposition is chosen when a cx calls or chats in because it could be different than what they chose when they contacted us for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing was the note-taking section. It does cut back on wrap up time because all you have to do is copy & paste

What do you like best about the product?
of all call platform that I have used before, ujet is the best when it comes to quality calls and being user friendly. No delicate options and stuffs , just pure awesomeness.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that i can see as of the moment. but will definitely report once I have one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and pristine quality of calls. Its like you are on a landline ,no delay and no lags
There were some issue and mismatch data with Verint

We use Ujet for Intraday purposes. Intraday analytics

Some issues that we faced. - coding in Verint mismatch, etc.

Ujet helps monitor the queue volumes t the enterprise.

being able to check my performance at the end of my work shift and the fact I can track my live status and performance as i go

no not really it could do better by the actual size of the ujet screen it zoomed in

im dealing with food orders and angry drivers all day and its good to be able to pick up where previous person left off.
