What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can audit and monitor the calls agents make in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is usually a bit slow when it comes to making reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can check the time of assistants that the agents used and that help me when making my reports of productivity

Amazing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is an amazing tool for customer service, it's very stable and the quality and efficiency of the calls is remarkable. I have used several tools like Ujet in the past but Ujet is way better than other options in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet could improve a little bit the 3-way call function, sometimes it may get bugged whenever you try to call someone and the call fails, which at the end may show an error message that can remain in the whole interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ujet for customer service, it is our main tool for this activity. It's stability is one of it's best perks, I've been working with Ujet for almost a year and I have never experienced a system down.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting session, customer support and the platform itself is kinda friendly with the users, even when we have new hires in the company they feel comfortable working with it
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is really friendly and helpful when it comes to measuring metrics, I have been working with it for 1 year and also it's customer service is real quick when it comes to problem-solving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we handle customer service concerns with this tool and agents love the way it works, one of the benefits is that I have found is that they can handle task in a timely manner thanks to this tool is really easy to use and all it's functions are clear for everyone

Easy to use and easy to learn. Nice to see your stat.

Too bad there are so many things you need to press to be able to call a customer

You try to find other ways to be able to call a customer faster ..

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the countdown feature with connecting calls, transfer options, and ease of access with logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet does have technical errors that sometimes don't allow calls to connect with incoming and outgoing as well as connect to the arrow website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is beneficial in its efforts to connect with people from different states with the service we provide.

What do you like best about the product?
Best Softphone to be use in our office its recommendable beacuse its easy to use and utilize when we are on the phone. It deserved a goo feed back.

no dislike at all UJEt is recommended and easy to use its friendly use for us as a cusotmer service and easy to utilize the tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and easy to use and well laid out. It's also easy to navigate all-around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there seem to be glitches between the UJet and Kustomer intergration.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet enables me to view if there are calls waiting in queue as well as my current numbers

There are too much latency and intermittent errors

We use Ujet as a phone and chat tool. We are able to help clients effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The calling feature on u jet is very goo
What do you dislike about the product?
d it lets you know if your wifif is strong and if there is ever an issue all you have to do is hit the refresh button on u jet and you are all set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems very minimal because of my wifi though. If youre wifi is funky then it might just be a little lagged but still works.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very efficient. The features are straigthforward

Few instances of lagging and delay in tools provisioning for my trainees

Making a 3-way call and outbound calls and extracting important reports for learning and development. Ujet makes it easy to analyze data and productivity of the teammates.
