UJET Is an Easy to Use and Reliable Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to log into and out of. Inbound and outbound calls complete reliably with good call quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to pull a specific call if the employee doesn't record the CALL ID of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to use and more reliable than our previous system. It is also less expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet automatically gives a wrap-up time that is acceptable to get all after-work calls things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet sometimes would have calls come in without any sound coming indicating that a call is coming through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing calls too get through to agent

My experience is really poor because i keep getting problems with dropping calls randomly
What do you like best about the product?
The way it lets you know about the call being inbound or outbound. As well the capabilities that the software has like transfering calls to someone else or someone within your team

Keep having some issues about the calls been dropped randomly, might as well not be a sofware issue but more of a hardware issue , but still not having the best experience

trying to solve the problem of tech support to yale and august products trough phone calls , this way we can commnicate with customer about their issues and concerns

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to receive and make outbound calls without having to use a different software since it is linked to my Zendesk and okta accounts for work purposes. I'm also to do transfers or call other departments while on the call. you're also able to change aux codes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it puts on unresponsive statuses if the internet is lost or disconnected; it will then skip calls on the queue. and also, sometimes, it freezes while you are on the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the name of the customer calling and the customer's information automatically populate on Zendesk when the call comes through, and if a specific department is transferring a call to you, you can visibly see the agent's name and the Customer's name

It is a very user-friendly system. Its easy to utilize and fun to work with

there are times where call tickets do not populate and it makes it difficult for me to work

I am solving customer issues by utilizing akb which can also be found on UJET. Talking points appear on the screen on UJET itself

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Ujet is that it is user-friendly and you are able to have shortcut features that make your life so much easier. There is no software like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing about it, sometimes it would aux you on the incorrect one. It would be so much better if they could look into this and find a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to take calls and assist the customers with their queries. And I must mention the quality of the call is exceptional, I am able to hear the customers perfectly.

It is the most user-friendly software that you can use in businesses.
My experience with Ujet has been great.

Helps with tracking and receiving calls promptly. It helps create caller Ids that help quickly identify the customer's information and also help with ininitiating new contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like about uJet is that it freezes from time to time which makes it hard to complete or to reslove issues quicker and may result to unnecessary call backs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have solved with uJet or the benefits are that I can track my phone contents and AHT for the day, which helps me align with my daily KPIs. I like how I can also switch to chat.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very helpful in displaying the minutes and seconds for each call and action selected. It helps me to stay on top of my hold times. I also like how adding another call is easy to do. Having my stats readily available is also very helpful. Having the ability to text back and forth with customers is also very helpful and is up to date with the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced with UJET is the hangup and callback feature. I've tried using this feature a few times and it just rings and rings and does not give the option to disconnect the line. I've had to close UJET completely down and bring it back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of UJET is that I am able to handle my call and hold times more accurately. I am also able to stay on top of my stats daily and to see my call ratings.
