Sometimes UJET glitches a bit but overall great system and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can go back and review my call, also that I can leave a description/disposition about the call at the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will not ring, and in turn, I miss a few calls now and then. Everything else works wonderfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I benefit from UJET because it is easy to access and navigate, which in turn helps me solve the customers' issues more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! It is great for CSR and provides all tools needed on just one screen!
Great software, would highly recommend.

Great quality calls. easy to learn and teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to answer calls some days and when ansnswering calls at last ring it'll mark as missed call.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is fast and efficient and relatively easy and quick to fix when there's an error. We use Ujet for live ticket and phone interactions with our Zendesk platform. I like that you're able to see previous interactions and also see a person who transfers a call to any department
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I'd say I have, Is I think, a technical error. After a call or when you're on a call, you won't receive a call. It would automatically put you on unresponsive or unavailable, and that's constantly getting me in trouble with the supervisors cause it indicates that I have been skipping calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET makes it a lot easier because we don't necessarily need a physical telephone to make calls. With the transfers, you can easily click on the transfer option on the platform and quickly transfer to the correct department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet is a user-friendly platform that allows you to make calls anywhere around the world, and you're able to see agents' statuses and also easy to click transfer option.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that ujet has so many functions, and still runs smoothly. I like the add call feature gives me the ability to make a call with out having to conference everyone in.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the internet connection is unstable it will continue to operate in its current status rather than log out. So I would like to see that change. THANKS A BUNCH!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kinds of customer and retailer issued, I believe my company is it allows so many apps in one place yes I have the ability to be on a call and make a call with out disconnecting

UJET IS perfect for multiple phone line I would completely recommend this to everyone

What do you like best about the product?
U-Jet team is extremely helpful and responsive, even though some of our onboarding team was in Australia, they all made time to make sure that we had prompt and timely support. Now that we are about a year into our contract, they still have check-ins with us every couple of weeks to make sure that our systems are running smoothly and any new tools that have been implemented can be added to our team's queues. I can't rave enough about our account support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools and resources we need that are missing from U-Jet such as video chat, the ability to have our team ONLY get chats OR calls, not both, all had feature request tickets submitted on our behalf by our on-boarding team. They were so helpful in making sure that the products work in the way we need them to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chat feature in Kustomer is really not functional in a way that our team can use. U-Jet was a lifesaver helping us launch their chat feature in the few weeks before our Black Friday sale. We are now working with them to optimize our virtual assistant and we have our fingers crossed that the tools and resources we are missing (video chat and the ability to have an agent on ONLY calls OR Chat, not both) will be resolved soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
UJet has a simple to use platform, a great onboarding team, extremely responsive tech support team and a willingness to build new tools to support our team.
Ujet is the most reliable and easy to use calling platform that I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ujet is able to connect with Salesforce and auto-create cases when a call is started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a duplicate case is created when calling a customer back on the open case. Additionally, if the phone number in the case does not have the "+" sign in it, Ujet will create a new case under a different account and not find the customer's account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting devices, accounts, answering general questions and placeing orders.
It is very user friendly

I love that it does not take long to load, and you can change the status before a call is completed so that you do not have another call come in when you have to go to break time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love it - it is straightforward to use.

Technical issues are quick to solve. You refresh or restart, and then you can start working again.

What do you like best about the product?
It would be good that you do not have to delete between the rooms between the numbers when calling a customer. There is good sound in the phone.

That there are so many presses before you can call a customer, and that it would be good that you do not have to remove between the rooms between the numbers when calling the customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that you have to solve are that you have to remove the spaces on the numbers before you can call. How I solve this is that you have to put the phone number in the note and then change it in (a little double work)
Ujet is pretty straight forward

UJET makes it easy to set my status right away when I need either a quick break in between chats or even to give me some time to complete some notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Lags a lot, can make it hard to get work done when constantly having to refresh it
