User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and navigate, and the best thing is that you can view your stats in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside for me, though, but it would help a lot if Ujet will also add a settings tab on the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It goes along smoothly with kustomer app

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its not complicated. A simple design and it has all the bells and whistles one needs. When I open up the program, it doesn't take an hour and a half to start up! I wouldn't say I like it when that happens. I also love how it doesn't have an overload of options, and it just simplifies everything. Not having a big bulky phone on my desk is something I do not miss! The start-up process is relatively fast is a serious mark in the "Pro" column. Overall, I enjoy using this product because of its simplicity. I can do exactly what I need to do, and that's good enough for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of customization available. Nothing to make it more personal for the users. It isn't exciting to look at. I also wish the user could have a call go into wrap-up after the call ends. That way you don't go straight to available and get a call before your are ready! That gets me frustrated to be honest! I want to be prepared before I take that next call. Besides that, there is not too much I don't like about this platform. Sometimes I wish the window was a bit bigger, but I think that's something I can fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to have a bulky phone on my desk! If that was the only benefit...that's ok with me! It keeps me productive and gives me more speed where it counts. I don't have to deal with phone cords or use multiple systems to make a site called. It just makes the whole calling or dialing process as easy as possible. Speed is always critical in my industry, and Ujet calls or answering g calls fast and as efficiently as possible. When it comes to the benefits, I can say that the time it saves me alone makes this product worth buying. I have been able to double my call loads just by adding Ujet to my toolbelt.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice when it comes to using Ujet would be to keep it simple. Don't try to do too much, and just try and stick to the basics. If you do that and use it for what it is meant for, you can't go wrong. Let's say things do go haywire. Reach out to their support. There's not much they won't be able to help with!

What do you like best about the product?
UJET provided multiple experts to get us through the implementation process; the product is browser-based (no software or downloads needed); and the integration with Salesforce is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics could be better, but they are working on a solution. I want increased visibility into the future of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IVR, Contact Center Management System, call routing, Salesforce case creation, follow-up, integration with our SSO provider AND (potentially) Chat/SMS support
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get familiar with their support/help site, it is very beneficial. Utilize the various resources they provide such as sales staff, implementation managers, support team members and customer success representatives. Like other software companies, they allow you to try out the product before you buy, take advantage of this. Do your homework on what YOU need and see if UJET aligns with your expectations. This is true for all software purchases, but it is the best advice I can provide when going through a vendor selection process.
Ujet is very clear, not complicated like other software.

The features are good. The timer that UJET sets is good too. I like how it's easy to log in and off.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET sometimes does not ring, when using other browsers.

Ujet is a great tool for Outbound and inbound calls! It's super straight forward and not complicated to use even for first time users!

What do you like best about the product?
I think Ujet is clear and easy to use. The connection is very clear.

It does not ring most of the time which results in a lot of missed calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Ujet to help participants with the scheduling process. It's very clear when connected and I love how they give us 3seconds before we go live.

I like how it's set up i enjoy the fact you can see how many calls are holding. I like the efficiency

I experience quit a bit of issues with the mic and ujet working together. Many times im offline having to trouble shoot for hours til it resolves

Helping cx with anything in regards to their accounts and their orders

How user-friendly ujet is, it isn't very hard to master and once you have it down it can make life so much easier at work.

I dislike that sometimes if you dont have the ujet screen pulled up you do not hear calls until about 8 sec in .

I guess the best problem it solved would be how seamlessly it enables the transfer of calls for customers.
Experiencing UJET
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about UJET is the different options we have: Break, meal, offline work, etc

The one thing I dislike most is that sometimes UJET will kick me out of the mode im in, or record the wrong mode all together

I believe UJET helps a lot with keeping agents on track and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and understand. it's my firs time using the platform and I really like it. It allow us to easily transfer chat interactions to other departmets without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about UJET. UJET is truly the best platform that I ever used, it allow us to provide the best customer service because is easy to use and understand. And you can have various interactions with different customers at the same time.

I really like this form to interact with our customers, is easy to use and understand how the platform works. It allow me to assist the customer in the best way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has different AUX statuses to be able to put yourself into. I also like how it will populate the person you are speaking with, it brings up their phone number and sometimes their information, such as telephone numbers. It is a great tool to have while on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how sometimes it will take a while for the information of the person I'm speaking to will populate, if at all, while I'm on a call. So, it's hard to recognize who I am speaking with to assist them and get them off the phone faster. There was also an update and when I was trying to log in, all it stated was that the email or password was invalid, instead of sending an email to advise us to change info for log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I solve on UJET is assisting customers and consumers with orders that the customer has placed. When UJUET populates the customer's or consumer's information at the beginning of the call, it makes my job so much easier to assist them and get them on their way for their day to begin.

I would recommend using UJET for yourself or your company; it's easy and reliable to use.
