An easy way to connect with customers and gather analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Integration into Salesforce, call recordings available in cases for easy review.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if phone numbers automatically came up in voicemail as customers don't always leave them. Occasional call dropouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet has been the driving force around our customer service team. It is easy to see how many people are taking calls and when and to be able to analyze call data

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and live to monitor. I really like the live dashboard view whereby I can manage my agents. I especially enjoy the dashboard.I have used other software and found this to be the best
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when my employees' system changes from an available state to an unresponsive state. Allow troubleshooting steps. I want to see these changes in the agent system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls and Chats; Extremely simple for agents to communicate; this applies to both chat and voice agents and greatly improves workplace productivity. We have seen a massive increase in Performance

What do you like best about the product?
The service is pretty quick when it does work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost daily I have to restart my computer in the middle of a call because ujets software mutes my mic, and the only thing that fixes it is a full restart to the pc which is troublesome for my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use it to call drivers and customers to get to the bottom of situations.
Ujet is an useful tool for costumer service agents
What do you like best about the product?
the plenty of statuses Ujet offers to customer service agents enable them to adapt to different circumstances, as well as it does not log you out of the tool when there are internet outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be disproportional to point out perhaps one or two flaws (which I cannot remember at this time) and compare them with the other perks Ujet has as a whole tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the bot might be considered as good assistance in regards to time. However, time might vary from time and depends on the efficacy when handling live issues in chat.
Great experience, clear reception, and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the reception is clear and I can listen to our clients without any static. Lastly, I really appreciate the Live Chat option and the recording link that is provided at the end of the call or text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when the call the call sometimes drops. There are also times when the keypad is grayed out making it hard to choose an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET allows us to be more transparent with our clients and since the call are recorded we can always review them to improve our customer service experience for out guests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using UJET the live char feature to communicate with clients in real time. I also recommend this product for the clear reception and because it records the call to keep a record of the communication.
The best Integrated system ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has been a powerful tool as it integrates all our needs and excels at performing the integrated task with our clients. We can rely on the chat, phone, and time track of every interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs on the system that require us to clear the cache from time to time, but it is worth mentioning that this is only on rare occurrence, which allows us to retake interactions promptly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best advantage is that even as we work with multiple HTML platforms, UJET allows us to canalize all of them from a single environment. We are able to move personnel as needed without the necessity of unnecessary up training when moving from one client to the next, and this is awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet works! and is a time-saver, has excellent support, is reliable and fast to learn.
Easy to use platform, but notifications aren't consistent.

I love how the platform itself is very user-friendly and easy to use.

I often do not receive notifications on Ujet causing me to miss calls.

It's helping me connect to customers quickly and effectively.
Great interface for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to hear my customers, manage my breaks, and the user experience is very simple and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there is a bad connection, things can lag or the reception is really scratchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not be able to do my job without UJET, and I am happy with it.
UJet is wishy washy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

UJet is useful because I can keep track of my breaks and lunches.

I'm not too fond of UJet because the delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can call my customers back if the line disconnects. I am able to keep track of my hold time.
Easy to navigate, great color choice, very ergonomic.

The interface is simple and very ergonomic.

It's missing tutorials and status goes Unavailable as soon as computer goes to sleep.
