It has it's pros and cons.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of switching from Available/Unavailable. Even if a call is coming through I am able to switch to unavailable if I need to! It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag with the phone call ringing when a call appears. It'll appear for 10 seconds before the ringing sounds begin. It makes it hard to multitask when you have to constantly watch the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever there is an issue with UJET, the UJET support team is more than responsive to solving the issues. Sometimes the issues are reoccurring, but they are always able to fix within 24 hours.
Very easy and nice to work with UJET makes life very easy for us as Customer service advisor .
What do you like best about the product?
Since we work in a hectic environment and one needs to be always open-minded when you log in or start your day. Still, UJET makes life very easy for us as Customer service advisors because it's speedy and easy to work with as everything is set to work excellent with UJET.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Like every function they have on UJET, the only thing I dislike at this moment on UJET is that when one goes to the toilet, you must use the break auxes whereby I feel like if ever they could add an auxes which will be for the toilet breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any problems with UJET so far . The app is fantastic for me, I must say! Very productive for me.

It's a straightforward and efficient app to use that makes one's life very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple platform that every person can use without long training requirements. It has a very attractive design with all the necessary tools visible for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this moment, I haven't found any complications, however, when they are updating the interface there are some issues with some parts of the platform. Completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is our tool to communicate with customers to provide solutions and keep track of the service level we provide.

It is an incredible space where you can handle your team if you are starting your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to choose which number to call "from" when making an outbound call, so that the recipient can see on their caller ID that I'm calling them from my specific team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'll be incorrectly assigned to calls from other teams, although it usually resolves quickly and sends it to the correct queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incorrect routing is sometimes an issue, but overall the benefits of being able to make outbound calls from my home office outweigh any problems I've experienced.

There are times when the software will go down, and we cannot type or communicate with the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting customer by chat or calls. There are macros with different topics included that help you reply to a customer's email.
UJET is fine and easy to deal with.

I like the color scheme and the transistions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "done" button is too big that you can accidentally click on it when placing a call on hold.

The application latency. You just have to be patient with it.

Just the redesigning of the "Done" part it's too big.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is an amazing tool for BPO companies, it also provides us with accurate live information and records everything, for our agents, it's pretty easy to us and four managers offers awesome tools for monitoring and help everyone.

A lot of data can lead to a slow page and waiting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good tool for the contacts and the best way to monitor them live time, also well management of staus.

What do you like best about the product?
This company is super easy to work with. The tool is intuitive and powerful, and our account managers are always helpful in catering the experience to us. We use them for live ticket and phone integrations with our Zendesk platform, which is always seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things to dislike with Ujet.The only issue we ever had was a minor issue with email forwarding when working through our Outlook integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ujet for a number of issues. One is simple timekeeping for our agents. We also have them integrated with our app to inculede a menu path within the app to start a live chat ticket and queue our agent up with the nature of the customer contact. We also use them for our phone support. All of these are seemlessly integrated with our Zendesk so that everything is in one convenient location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Ujet because it is easy to work with and my calls are always clear. The only time I have issues with Ujet is if my connection is low but overall I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls can cut out but mostly because of connection errors.

I help customers and delivery drivers with the order issues and/or account issues as well as technical difficulties.

The use of the tool while having easy access to other parts of our website to assist cutomers

The space to type, its sice can not be adjusted and too limited when trying to respond and be able to validate the answer ys well written and has coherence
