good system
What do you like best about the product?
good system and the easy way to move around the menus and get a good look into all the features,
What do you dislike about the product?
time remaining in the loading of all the features, it takes a little time to load and the colors

we have a good response with customers and agents, interaction by phone calls with the customers on the service

give it a try and search between all the features the system has
UJet is a great solution provider and an even better group of people to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation team was incredibly insightful and eager to make sure our implementation went smoothly. We completely tore out our previous solution and replaced it with UJet and a new CSM/CRM. We were confident after engaging with multiple vendors that UJet was the best solution for us. And months later, we are even more optimistic that UJet was the correct choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside to the software, for our application at least, was the limitations of the hold music. We have several groups that use our services, so rotating the hold music would have been a neat way to engage our member base just a little bit more. But overall, a very trivial issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We engaged with UJet to be our complete CX solution for B2B and B2C. Our previous CX solution was far inferior, but with UJet we can more efficiently (and confidently) route our member and business partner traffic to the appropriate queues.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very compact, easy to use, the auxiliary change is very fast, and can be used within other apps! Also, the color palette is very good for someone with color blindness like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes while doing the authentication process it takes a long time to load, and as an additional thing, sometimes when taking a call, I forget to change the auxiliary and when it finishes another call comes in, there should be an option for when between a call, the next auxiliary is changed automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I have solved with UJET are too many, one of them the ease of defining the activity that I am doing, and a very good benefit is that the app does not present errors when the auxiliary is changed, for example, that it does not let you change, or that when you change, actually keep using the other auxiliary

I like how you can chat and call all in one.

I dislike how it lags on calls sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Support Agent chatting with customers and calling drivers. It helps to multi-task between chats and calls.
Best Customer support tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Using UJET one can call and chat with the customers at a time and it’s very user friendly. Admin access will get you all the required reports to calculate customer satisfaction%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool will be in stuck state because nothing will work when it happens but it happens rarely.

Using UJET, we can interact with customers through chat and calls to resolve their concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to pace myself faster and all the while maintaining productive work.I enjoiyed being able to be productive all the while, also being able to maintain the scores I needed to meet satifisfaction ratings for the company I work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked how Ujet was sometimes disorganized and the emails that spammed my email after conversations in the platform. I wouldn't say I liked the sounds Ujet made to notify us of a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved food delivery/order problems in Ujet. I realized the platform gave me a better understanding of what exactly was going on. I was able to problem solve a lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely check out all that Ujet has to really offer.
Great features and support
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many awesome options with integration into our app, as well as wonderful support and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a connection with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agents have had far fewer connection and sound issues, we are also able to gather a one-question CSAT survey for each call.
Top Notch Phone System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and rapid calls are my favorite part of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to decipher between two of the same phone numbers to dial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits are that it lets my managers know where I am in terms of phone time, break time, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The stability of the program is better than most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, getting booted out can be a little iritating.

I have not had problems with UJET. I have realized this product works better than other vpn clients

What do you like best about the product?
I will have to say; this is one of the smoothest projects I have taken part in. Philip Cummings, the project manager from UJET side, was interactive, approachable, honest, and fully understands what is required since he has a strong WFM background.
Reporting was eventually resolved with help from Pam Kaur and Rosi C's amazing partnership!!!

We had to discountinue our contract. It could have been a continous relationship if all departments were in the same platform - UJET
