What do you like best about the product?
its easy and very understandable for people, when i use it i feel really great, its very simple to use even for me that i am not too good working with computers , but hope that may grow with that
What do you dislike about the product?
i think that there must be an option mute before taking a call becose sometimes you are speaking and a call comes in , but with the rest all is ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great tool to handle call

i highly recommend the platform its verry simple to use and no issues while working

What do you like best about the product?
The response short cuts are useful they help you to respond quicker
What do you dislike about the product?
I do no like the timer that shows you to respond to the chat as sometimes that is not correct

What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't drop often and when there is a glitch it is fixed fairly fast
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm stuck in an aux I feel like there should be a notification if you're in the wrong aux for too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for the customer, and I benefit a lot. I'm able to get to my akbs with ease, merging tickets, finding lost conversations it really is a great asset

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity of the call and the speed at which the call comes in shows how well Ujet works. If I'm being honest, there is nothing but great things to say about this application as it is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technological devices have their downsides. However, ujet would freeze during a call. This does not happen often, but I would recommend fixing it. Recently there have been some changes; however, we would still experience these issues. All these minor issues dim the capability of ujet, which I know firsthand is a great application to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the calls are efficient and clear which we need in our line of work

This tool has great features, excellent customer success management and continues to build with its customers best interests.

At this time, I don't have any dislikes.

How fast lets us connect with others when needed, this was we can be able to assist our valuable customer in the best possible way

When it freezes and doesn't let us connect to a higher department when we truly need to help our valuable customers

We are able to call any Shopper out there and connect Customers to higher departments to solve bigger issues because our customer truly need specialized assistance on their issues

Nothing really that I can think of its very user friendly.

Very easy to make a second call and mute and hold and transfer calls. Save timer and is efficient.
